The rear wing impr ovesth eve hicle's driving stabil-
ity and automatically retracts and extends while
th eve hicle is in motion. Depending on theve hicle
speed, it adopts di.erent positions and thus adapts
theve hicle's aerodynamics tothe driving
conditions.
Ve hicles with the AMG Aerodynamics pac kage are
/tted with a stationary rear wing (/ page 252).
Depending on which drive prog ram has been
selected, there ar wing automatically extends at a
speed greater than 70 km/h.
Depending on the drive prog ram, there ar wing
automatically retracts below a speed of app rox-
imately 80 km/h.
Yo u can retract and extend there ar wing manually

The risk of aquaplaning is increased on wet
ro ads, especially when the speed of theve hi-

tread dep thand the condition of the
tread across the entire width of all tyres.

For saf etyre asons, replace the tyres
before the legall y-prescribed limit forthe
minimum tread dep thisreached. Car
ryout thefo llowing checks on all wheels regu-
lar ly, at least once a month or as required, for
