Insert the new battery with the positive pole

Make sure that the sur face of the battery is
free of lint, grease and other impurities. #
Insert the front tabs of co vering 3 into the
housing and then press on bo thsides to
close it. #
Makesure that co vering 3 is compl etely

If objects, luggage or loads are not secured
or not secured suf ficientl y,they could slip,

ev ent of sudden braking or a sudden change

on closing the boot lid: your vehicle is
equipped with automatic keyre cognition. If a key

cle, the boot lid will not be loc ked.
This depends on thefo llowing conditions:

wa s loc ked beforehand.
R A second key belonging totheve hicle is not
de tected outside theve hicle.
The boot lid will then not be loc ked and will pop
open again.
Au tomatic keyre cognition is only an aid and is

Before locking, ensure that at least one key
belonging totheve hicle is outside theve hi‐
cle. #
Pull the boot lid down wards using the handle
re cess and push it closed.
