Agile Handling Assist
Lightly brakes selective wheels, as needed , when you turn the steering wheel, and
helps support the vehicle’s stability and performance during cornering.
Limited Slip Differential (LSD)
LSD (limited slip differential) is a type of differential that delivers extra torque to the
wheel or the wheels with the most tractio n to minimize wheel slip and maintain
control of the vehicle.
1 Agile Handling Assist
The agile handling assist ca nnot enhance stability in
all driving situations. You still need to drive and
corner at speeds appropriate for the conditions and
always leave a sufficient margin of safety.
When the VSA ® system indicator comes on and stays
on while driving, the agil e handling assist does not
activate.
You may hear a sound coming from the engine
compartment while the agile handling assist is
activated. This is normal.
Models with SPORT mode
1 Limited Slip Differential (LSD)
NOTICE
Make sure both front tires of your vehicle are of the
same brand and specified si ze, and have equal wear.
Otherwise, the LSD may not function properly.

Handling the Unexpected
1. Open the trunk floor lid.
2. Take the tool case out of the trunk. Take
the jack, wheel nut wrench, and jack
handle bar out of the tool case.
3. Unscrew the wing bolt, and remove the
spacer cone. Then, remove the spare tire.
4. Place a wheel block or ro ck in front and rear
of the wheel diagonal to the flat tire.

NOTICE
Do not mount the compact spare on the front. If
mounted on the front, the compact spare, smaller in
size than the full-size tire, may damage the
differential.
If either front tire goes flat, remove the rear tire on
the same side, and mount the compact spare on the
rear and the rear tire on the front.
The shape of the tool case varies by model.
