Status Bar
Displays information related to the currentaudio source, compass direction and outsideair temperature.
Left and Right Information Group
Information that appears depends on currentgauge view and on-demand settings. SeeGeneral Information (page 120).
Fuel Gauge
The fuel gauge indicates about how muchfuel is in the fuel tank.
The arrow adjacent to the fuel pump symbolindicates on which side of your vehicle thefuel filler door is located.
Note:The fuel gauge may vary slightly whenyour vehicle is moving or on a slope.
Low Fuel Reminder
A low fuel level reminder displays andsounds when the distance to empty reaches75 mi (120 km) to empty for MyKey, and at50 mi (80 km), 25 mi (40 km), 10 mi (20 km)and 0 mi (0 km) for all vehicle keys.
Note:The low fuel reminder can appear atdifferent fuel gauge positions depending onfuel economy conditions. This variation isnormal.
Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge
Indicates engine coolant temperature. Atnormal operating temperature, the levelindicator will be in the normal range. If theengine coolant temperature exceeds thenormal range, stop your vehicle as soon assafely possible, switch off the engine and letthe engine cool.
WARNING: Do not remove thecoolant reservoir cap when the coolingsystem is hot. Wait 10 minutes for thecooling system to cool down. Cover thecoolant reservoir cap with a thick cloth toprevent the possibility of scalding andslowly remove the cap. Failure to followthis instruction could result in personalinjury.
WARNING LAMPS AND
INDICATORS
The following warning lamps and indicatorsalert you to a vehicle condition that maybecome serious. Some lamps illuminatewhen you start your vehicle to make surethey work. If any lamps remain on afterstarting your vehicle, refer to the respectivesystem warning lamp for further information.
Note:Some warning indicators appear inthe information display and operate thesame as a warning lamp but do notilluminate when you start your vehicle.

Engine Oil
If it illuminates with the enginerunning or when you are driving,this indicates a malfunction. Stopyour vehicle as soon as it is safe to do soand switch the engine off. Check the engineoil level.

Note:Do not resume your journey if itilluminates despite the level being correct.Have the system checked by your authorizeddealer immediately.
Fasten Rear Seatbelt (If Equipped)
Illuminates and a chime sounds tosignal the rear seatbelts are notbuckled.
Fasten Seatbelt Warning Lamp
It illuminates and a chime soundsuntil you fasten the seatbelts.
Four-Wheel Drive Indicators
Illuminates momentarily when youselect two-wheel drive high.
Illuminates when the automaticfour-wheel drive system isengaged.
Illuminates when four-wheel drivelow is engaged.
Illuminates when four-wheel drivehigh is engaged.
Front Airbag
If it fails to illuminate when youstart your vehicle, continues toflash or remains on, it indicates amalfunction. Have the system checked.
Headlamp High Beam Indicator
It illuminates when you switch theheadlamp high beam on. It flasheswhen you use the headlampflasher.
Hill Descent (If Equipped)
Illuminates when you switch hilldescent on.
Hood Ajar
Displays when the ignition is onand the hood is not completelyclosed.
Liftgate Ajar
Displays when the ignition is onand the liftgate is not completelyclosed.
Low Fuel Level Warning Lamp
If it illuminates when you aredriving, refuel as soon as possible.

Signaling and Traffic Indication
Displays direction indicators, blind spotinformation (if direction indicators are active)and cross traffic alert.
Left Information Group
Displays incoming call information.
ADAS Display Area
Displays ACC and lane keeping systemstatus and warnings.
Navigation Display Area
Displays navigation next turn instructions.
Status Bar
Displays distance to empty (DTE), time andoutside air temperature. Next to DTE, thefuel gauge fill color changes to yellow in lowfuel conditions. You can switch off the statusbar in the HUD settings menu.
Speedometer Display Area
Displays current vehicle speed, speed limit(if available in the map database) and yourtransmission gear selection.
Configuring The Head Up Display
You can control the system's options throughthe information display by using the HUD,OK and arrow buttons on the right-hand sideof your steering wheel. See GeneralInformation (page 120). You can adjust thedisplay according to your height to makeviewing the content easier. You can alsoadjust what content displays and thebrightness of the content. The system'soptions appear in the instrument clusterwhile the updates happen in the HUD.
Note:If HUD On is unchecked, other optionsof the system are hidden.
Note:The HUD menu automatically closesafter a certain period of inactivity.
Note:The HUD image brightnessautomatically adjusts to the brightness ofthe ambient environment. You have theability to adjust the brightness furtheraccording to your preference.
Note:In some instances, sunlight can causesome reflections in and around the HUDimage.

Switching the Rear Climate Control Onand Off
Press and release the button.
Switching the Rear Heated Seats Onand Off
Press and release the button tocycle through the various heatsettings and off.

HEATED WINDSHIELD (IF EQUIPPED)
Windshield Wiper De-Icer
The windshield wiper de-icer turns on in lowtemperatures.
HEATED REAR WINDOW
Press the button to clear the rearwindow of thin ice and fog. Theheated rear window turns off aftera short period of time.
Note:Make sure the engine is on beforeoperating the heated windows.
Note: Do not use razor blades or othersharp objects to clean or remove decals fromthe inside of the heated rear window. Thevehicle Warranty may not cover damagecaused to the heated rear window grid lines.
HEATED EXTERIOR MIRRORS
When you switch the heated rear windowon, the heated exterior mirrors turn on.
Note:Do not remove ice from the mirrorswith a scraper or adjust the mirror glasswhen it is frozen in place.
Note:Do not clean the mirror housing orglass with harsh abrasives, fuel or otherpetroleum-based cleaning products. Thevehicle warranty may not cover damagecaused to the mirror housing or glass.
CABIN AIR FILTER
Your vehicle is equipped with a cabin airfilter, which gives you and your passengersthe following benefits:
•It improves your driving comfort byreducing particle concentration.
•It improves the interior compartmentcleanliness.
•It protects the climate controlcomponents from particle deposits.
You can locate the cabin air filter behind theglove box.
Note:Make sure you have a cabin air filterinstalled at all times. This prevents foreignobjects from entering the system. Runningthe system without a filter in place couldresult in degradation or damage to thesystem.
