Non-Limousine
Note:If the third row seat is stowed in thefloor, you will need to unstow it to accessthe spare tire.
1. Park on a level surface, set the parkingbrake and activate the hazard flashers.
2. Place the transmission in park (P) andturn the engine off.
3. Block the diagonally opposite wheel.
4.Remove the carpeted floor panel locatedin the rear of the vehicle, then removethe wing nut that secures the spare tireby turning it counterclockwise.
5. Lift and remove the spare tire from thetrunk.
6. Remove the second wing nut thatsecures the jack retention bracket byturning it counterclockwise. Then removethe jack kit from the vehicle.
7.Remove the jack, L-shaped bolt, and thewrench from the felt bag. Fold down thewrench socket to use to loosen the lugnuts and to operate the jack.
8. Remove the wheel cover with the lugwrench tip and loosen each wheel lugnut one-half turn counterclockwise, butdo not remove them until the wheel israised off the ground.
9. The vehicle jacking points are shownabove, and are depicted on the warninglabel on the jack.

4. Remove the wing nut that secures thespare tire by turning it counterclockwise.
5. Lift and remove the spare tire from thetrunk.
6. Remove the lug wrench (A) and jack (B)from the jack foam pockets.
7. Remove the wheel cover with the lugwrench tip and loosen each wheel lugnut one-half turn counterclockwise, butdo not remove them until the wheel israised off the ground.
8. The vehicle jacking points are shownabove, and are depicted on the warninglabel on the jack.
9.Put the jack in the jack notch next to thetire you are changing. Turn the jackhandle clockwise until the wheel iscompletely off the ground.
10. Remove the lug nuts with the lugwrench.
11.Replace the flat tire with the spare tire,making sure the valve stem is facingoutward. Reinstall the lug nuts until thewheel is snug against the hub. Do notfully tighten the lug nuts until the wheelhas been lowered.

12. Lower the wheel by turning the jackhandle counterclockwise.
13. Remove the jack and fully tighten thelug nuts in the order shown. SeeTechnical Specifications (page 340).
14. Install the wheel cover.
Stowing the flat tire
If you are stowing the flat tire, remove theL-shaped bolt from the external pocket ofthe felt bag. With the third row seat in theraised position, stand the flat tire in the rearof the vehicle with the tire’s valve stem facingthe rear of the vehicle. Fasten the flat tire tothe vehicle by inserting the L-shaped boltthrough one of the lug bolt holes in thewheel. Turn it clockwise into the threadedhole in the vehicle until the tire is secured.
If you are stowing the temporary spare tire,place the tire over the jack and secure it withthe large wing nut.
Stowing the jack
1. Fully collapse the jack, fold the lugwrench socket into the handle and placethe jack and wrench into the felt bag asshown. Place the extension bolt orL-shaped bolt into the external pocket ofthe felt bag. Position the jack as shownto make sure that the locating holes inthe jack base can be placed on thelocating tabs of the jack mountingbracket in the spare tire tub.
2.Securely close the wrench compartmentand the jack bag using the Velcro™ straps.
3. Place the jack kit on the angled bracketin the spare tire tub, using the locatingtabs to position the jack correctly.

4. Insert the straight end of the jackretention bracket through the eyelet ofthe angled bracket and swing theretention bracket over the jack. With thejack in place, place the looped end of theretention bracket over the threaded studin the trunk floor and secure it with theplastic wing nut.

Wheel Lug Nut Torque Specifications
WARNING: When you install a wheel, always remove any corrosion, dirt or foreign materials present on the mounting surfaces of thewheel or the surface of the wheel hub, brake drum or brake disc that contacts the wheel. Make sure to secure any fasteners that attachthe rotor to the hub so they do not interfere with the mounting surfaces of the wheel. Installing wheels without correct metal-to-metal contactat the wheel mounting surfaces can cause the wheel nuts to loosen and the wheel to come off while your vehicle is in motion, resulting inloss of vehicle control, personal injury or death.

WARNING: Unless the 911 Assistsetting is set on before a crash, the systemwill not dial for help which could delayresponse time, potentially increasing therisk of serious injury or death after a crash.
WARNING: Do not wait for 911 Assistto make an emergency call if you can doit yourself. Dial emergency servicesimmediately to avoid delayed responsetime which could increase the risk ofserious injury or death after a crash. If youdo not hear 911 Assist within five secondsof the crash, the system or phone may bedamaged or non-functional.
WARNING: Always place your phonein a secure location in your vehicle so itdoes not become a projectile or getdamaged in a crash. Failure to do so maycause serious injury to someone ordamage the phone which could prevent911 Assist from working properly.
Note:The SYNC 911 Assist feature must beset on before the incident.
Note:The SYNC 911 Assist feature onlyoperates in the U.S., Canada or in a territoryin which 911 is the emergency number.

If a crash deploys an airbag (excluding kneeairbags and rear inflatable safety belts [ifequipped]) or activates the fuel pumpshut-off, your SYNC-equipped vehicle maybe able to contact emergency services bydialing 911 through a paired and connectedBluetooth enabled phone. You must also give the system permissionto update automatically. Upon vehicledelivery, the System asks you if you wouldlike to use the automatic update feature. Ifyou agree to automatic updates, you canpress OK to confirm. If this selection doesnot appear upon vehicle delivery you canaccess it through the General Settings. SeeSettings (page 436). You can also perform amaster reset. See SYNC™ 3 Troubleshooting(page 456).

When Wi-Fi and automatic updates areenabled, your system checks for softwareupdates periodically. If a new version isavailable, it downloads at that time. Softwaredownloads can take place for up to 30minutes after you have switched your vehicleoff. The updates do not interrupt the normaluse of your SYNC 3 system. If a downloaddoes not complete for any reason, the
download continues where it left off at thenext Wi-Fi connected opportunity. Uponactivation of an update, a banner displayson the touchscreen indicating the systemupdate. Select the icon to see more detail.This icon displays for two ignition cycles.

Tuning a Station
You can use the tune or seek controls on theradio bezel to select a station.
To tune a station using the touchscreen,select:

You can press the backspace button todelete the previously entered number.
Once you have entered the station's callnumbers, you can select:

Presets
