2. When the digit is highlighted, push the remote control’sENTER button to select the digit. Repeat these steps
until all digits are entered.
3. To delete the last digit, navigate to the Del button and push the remote control’s ENTER button.
4. After all of the digits are entered, navigate to the Go button and push the remote control’s ENTER button.
Station List Menu
When listening to an audio channel, pushing the remote
control’s MENU button displays a list of all available
channels. Navigate this list using the remote control’s
navigation buttons to find the desired station, push the
remote control’s ENTER button to tune to that station. To
jump through the list more quickly, navigate to the Page
Up and Page Down icons on the screen.
Disc Menu
When listening to a CD Audio or CD Data disc, pushing
the remote control’s MENU button displays a list of all
commands which control playback of the disc. Using the
options you can activate or cancel Random play.
Options Menu
When watching a video source (DVD Video with the disc
in Play mode, Aux Video, etc.), pressing the “Options”
button on the touchscreen activates the Options Settings
menu. From this menu you can adjust Audio, Subtitles,
Angle and Title.
Display Settings
When watching a video source (DVD Video with the disc
in Play mode, Aux Video, etc.), pushing the remote con-
trol’s SETUP button activates the Display Settings menu.
These settings control the appearance of the video on the
screen. The factory default settings are already set for
optimum viewing, so there is no need to change these
settings under normal circumstances.

Call Continuation
Call continuation is the progression of a phone call on the
Uconnect Phone after the vehicle ignition key has been
switched to OFF.
•After the ignition is switched to OFF, a call can continue
on the Uconnect Phone either until the call ends, or until
the vehicle battery condition dictates cessation of the call
on the Uconnect Phone and transfer of the call to the
mobile phone.

Emergency Assistance
If you are in an emergency and the mobile phone is
reachable:
• Pick up the phone and manually dial the emergency
number for your area.
If the phone is not reachable and the Uconnect Phone is
operational, you may reach the emergency number as
follows:
• Push the Phone
button to begin.
•After the “Listening” prompt and the following beep,
say “Emergency” and the Uconnect Phone will instruct
the paired mobile phone to call the emergency number.
This feature is supported in the U.S., Canada, and
Mexico.
NOTE:
• The emergency number dialed is based on the country
where the vehicle is purchased (911 for the U.S. and
Canada and 060 for Mexico). The number dialed may
not be applicable with the available mobile service and
area.
• The Uconnect Phone does slightly lower your chances of
successfully making a phone call as to that for the
mobile phone directly.
WARNING!
Your phone must be turned on and connected to the
Uconnect Phone to allow use of this vehicle feature in
emergency situations, when the mobile phone has
network coverage and stays connected to the Uconnect
Phone.

Redial
Press the “Redial” button on the touchscreen, or push the
“VR” button and after the “Listening” prompt and the
following beep, say “Redial.”
The Uconnect Phone will call the last number that was
dialed from your mobile phone.
Call Continuation

CD/DVD DISC MAINTENANCE
To keep a CD/DVD in good condition, take the following
precautions:
• Handle the disc by its edge; avoid touching the surface.
• If the disc is stained, clean the surface with a soft cloth,
wiping from center to edge. •
Do not apply paper or tape to the disc; avoid scratching
the disc.
• Do not use solvents such as benzene, thinner, cleaners,
or anti-static sprays.
• Store the disc in its case after playing.
• Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight.
• Do not store the disc where temperatures may become
too high.
NOTE: If you experience difficulty in playing a particular
disc, it may be damaged (e.g., scratched, reflective coating
removed, a hair, moisture or dew on the disc), oversized, or
have protection encoding. Try a known good disc before
considering disc player service.

Service Contract
You may have purchased a service contract for a vehicle to
help protect you from the high cost of unexpected repairs
after the manufacturer’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty
expires. The manufacturer stands behind only the manu-
facturer’s service contracts. If you purchased a manufac-
turer’s service contract, you will receive Plan Provisions
and an Owner Identification Card in the mail within three
weeks of the vehicle delivery date. If you have any

The manufacturer will not stand behind any service contract
that is not the manufacturer’s service contract. It is notresponsible for any service contract other than the manufac-
turer’s service contract. If you purchased a service contract
that is not a manufacturer’s service contract, and you require
service after the manufacturer’s New Vehicle Limited War-
ranty expires, please refer to the contract documents, and
contact the person listed in those documents.
