PA SSENGER AIR BAG ON indicator lamp is lit,
th e front passenger front airbag can deploy
in theev ent of an accident.

Inthis case, alw ays ensure that the
front passenger front airbag is disabled.

lamp must be lit.

AIR BAG OFF indicator lamp is lit continu‐
ously (/ page 40).
R Ifth ePA SSENGER AIR BAG OFF indicator
lamp is off, the front passenger front airbag
is enabled. The front passenger front airbag
may deploy during an accident. 58

Toindicate briefl y:press the combination
switch briefly tothe point of resis tance in the
direction of ar row2or4.
The cor responding turn signal indicator will
fl ash thre e times. #

nation switch be yond the point of resis tance
in the direction of ar row2or4. Ac
tivating/deactivating the hazard warning
lights #
Press button 1. The hazard
warning lights will switch on auto‐
matically if:
R the airbag has been deplo yed.
R theve hicle is heavily braked from a speed of
more than 70 km/h toast andstill.
When you pull away again, the hazard warning
lights will switch off automatically at appr ox‐
imately 10km/h. You can also swit choff the
hazard warning lights using button 1. Ad

Use cleanwater and a soft clo thtoclean the camera lens. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner.
Ta ilpipes
Clean with a cleaning agent recommended for Mercedes-
Benz, especially in the winter and af terwa shing theve hicle. Do not use acidic cleaning agents. Note

Bleaching or dyeing seat belts can se verely

This can, forex ample, cause seat belts to
