Pennsylvania Consumer Notice
If the new motor vehicle you have purchased does not conform to the manu\
facturer’s express warranty, the
Pennsylvania Automobile Lemon Law provides that the manufacturer may hav\
e to replace it or pay you a refund, at
your option.
If you discover a defect that substantially impairs the use, value, or s\
afety of this vehicle, contact the manufacturer or
its authorized service and repair facility immediately.
Your Lemon Law rights only cover defects which occur within one year afte\
r delivery, 12,000 miles of use, or the term
of the express warranty, whichever comes first.
The law states that it is reasonable for the dealer, manufacturer, or its agent to make up to three separate attempts to
correct the same defect.
After three unsuccessful repair attempts, or after a total of thirty cal\
endar days in which the vehicle is out of service for
repair, you may be entitled to a comparable replacement vehicle or a refund of\
the purchase price less an allowance for
your actual use.
The manufacturer or dealer must provide you with an itemized statement o\
f all repair work performed when your
vehicle is returned from service. Keep those records for future referenc\
e.
