AdBlue® range indicators
These range indicators are present only on
BlueHDi Diesel versions.
Once the AdBlue
® tank is on reser ve or after
detection of a
fault with the SCR emissions
control system, when the ignition is switched
on, an indicator displays an estimate of the
distance that can be covered, the range, before
engine starting is prevented.
In the event of the risk of non-
starting related to a lack of AdBlue®
The engine start prevention system
required by regulations is activated
automatically once the AdBlue
® tank is
e m pt y.
Range greater than 1,500
miles (2,400 km)
When switching on the ignition, there is no
automatic display of range in the instrument
panel.
Range between 1,500
miles and 370 miles

topped up.
You can also top up the tank yourself.
Range below 370

km)Oil level indicator fault
It is indicated by " OIL- -" flashing.
Contact the dealer network or a qualified
workshop.
In the event of a
fault with the electric indicator,
the oil level is no longer monitored.
If the system is faulty, you must check the
engine oil level using the manual dipstick
located under the bonnet.

When driving, this message is displayed every

seconds until the AdBlue level has been
topped up.
Go to a
member of the dealer network or
a
qualified workshop to have the AdBlue
®
topped up.
You can also top up the tank yourself.
Other wise you will not be able to restart the
vehicle.
When switching on the ignition, this warning
lamp comes on, accompanied by an audible
signal and the display of a
message (e.g. "Top
up emissions additive: Starting prevented in
900
miles") indicating the remaining range
expressed in miles or kilometres.
When driving, the message is displayed every
185
miles (300
km) until the level is topped up. When switching on the ignition, this warning
lamp flashes and the Service warning lamp
comes on, accompanied by an audible signal
and the display of a
message (e.g. "Top up
emissions additive: Starting prevented in
350
miles") indicating the remaining range
expressed in miles or kilometres.

Activation
When the lighting is on:
F p ress the button to adjust the brightness of
the lighting for the instruments and controls,
F
r
elease the button when the desired level is
reached.
Deactivation
When the vehicle lighting is off, or in day
mode for vehicles with daytime running lamps,
pressing the button does not have any effect.
Black panel (comfortable
night driving display)
When driving at night, this function allows
certain instrument panel displays to be
switched off so as to reduce visual fatigue for
the driver.
Activation
F With the lighting on, press the left-hand button of the instrument panel several times
to progressively reduce the brightness of
the instruments and controls.
F

ress again to reduce the brightness to
a
minimum and switch off the mood lighting.
F
P
ress again to activate the black panel.
The essential driving information, such as the
vehicle speed, warning/indicator lamps and
the cruise control or speed limiter remains
displayed in the instrument panel.
Monochrome screen A
Displays on the screen
This displays the following information:

Radio-CD
With the Audio system switched on, once the
"Radio- CD" menu has been selected, you can
activate or deactivate the functions linked with
use of the radio (RDS, REG mode) or the CD
(introscan, random play, CD repeat).

of a setting,

he "OK" button to confirm,

he "Back " button to abandon the operation
in progress. Once the " Vehicle config" menu has been
selected, you can activate or deactivate the

In this menu you can also reinitialise the tyre
under-inflation detection system.

Options
Once the "Options" menu has been selected,
you can begin a
diagnostics procedure on the
status of the equipment (active, inactive, faulty).
Screen settings
F Once you have selected a setting, press the
" 7 " or " 8" buttons to change its value.

ress the " 5" or " 6" buttons to switch
respectively to the previous or next setting.

ress the OK button to register the change
and return to the normal display or press the
Back button to cancel.
Language
Once the "Language" menu has been selected,
you can change the language used on the
display by choosing from a
defined list.
Units
Once the "Units" menu has been selected, you
can change the units of the following settings:

uel consumption (l/100km, mpg or km/l).
Once the "Display settings" menu has been
selected, you can access the following settings:

hour mode. When the fuel consumption units are
switched to mpg, the information in the
instrument panel display concerning
speed and distance changes respectively
to mph and miles.

dual call, secret mode, etc.).
Touch screen tablet
This system gives access to:

With the remote control
F Press the closed padlock to lock the vehicle completely.

ress the closed padlock again within five
seconds to deadlock the vehicle.
With the key
F Turn the key to the rear in the driver's door lock to lock the vehicle completely.
F

urn the key to the rear again within five
seconds to deadlock the vehicle.
Deadlocking is confirmed by fixed illumination
of the direction indicators for approximately two
seconds.
Depending on your version, the door mirrors
fold at the same time.
Locating your vehicle
F Press the closed padlock to locate your locked vehicle in
a
car park.
This is indicated by lighting of the courtesy
lamps and flashing of the direction indicators
for a
few seconds.
Remote control problem
Following disconnection of the vehicle battery,
replacement of the remote control battery or
in the event of a remote control malfunction,
you can no longer unlock, lock or locate your
vehicle.

irst of all, use the key in the door lock to
unlock or lock your vehicle.

hen reinitialise the remote control.
If the problem persists, contact the dealer
network as soon as possible.
Reinitialisation
Battery type: CR1620/3 volts.

Changing the battery
If the battery is discharged, you are
informed by lighting of this warning lamp in
the instrument panel, an audible signal and

chrome finisher by sliding it at 45°.

Switching off
The mood lighting switches off automatically
when the sidelamps are switched off.
It can be switched off manually by using the
lighting dimmer button on the instrument panel.

Sun visor
The sun visors have a vanity mirror with flap
a nd a card holder (or ticket holder) for the
driver.

ith the ignition on, raise the concealing
flap; the mirror is illuminated automatically.

Ease of use and comfort

It reads the audio file formats (mp3, ogg, wma,
wav, etc.) sent to your audio system, to be
listened to via the vehicle's loudspeakers.
You can manage these files using the steering
mounted controls or the audio system control
panel and display them in the instrument panel
screen.While it is being used, the portable device
can recharge automatically.
12 V accessory socket
F To connect a 12 V accessory (max. power:
120 W), lift the cover and connect a suitable
adaptor. The connection of an unapproved
electrical device, such as a
USB charger,
may adversely affect the operation of
vehicle electrical systems, causing
faults such as poor radio reception or
interference with displays in the screens.
Mats
Fitting
When fitting the mat on the driver's side for the
first time, use only the fixings provided in the
wallet attached.
The other mats are simply placed on the
carpet.
Removing
To remove the mat on the driver's side:

emove the mat.
Refitting
To refit the mat on the driver's side:
F p osition the mat correctly,

ut on the fixings again by pressing,
