POWER FRONT SEAT ADJUSTMENTS
To slide the seat forward or backward,
push the switch 1 forward or backward.
To adjust the angle of the seatback, push
the switch 2 forward or backward.
SEAT LIFTER
To adjust the angle and height of the seat
cushion, push the front or rear end of the switch 1 up or down.
POWER LUMBAR SUPPORT
To adjust the lumbar area, push the front or back end of the switch 3.

2ND ROW SEAT ADJUSTMENTS (if so equipped)
To recline the seatback, pull up on the
recline handle
1 or the seatback latch
2 located on the upper corner of the
seatback and lean back. To bring the
seatback forward, pull the handle up and
lean your body forward. Release the handle
to lock the seatback in position.
TIP UP FOR EASY ENTRY/EXIT OF THE
3
RD ROW
1. Raise the armr est (captain’s chairs) so it
is parallel to the seatback and in the
stowed position.
2. Then lif t the recline handle 1 or the
seatback latch 2 and fold the seatback
forward onto the seat base.
3. Finally, lif t the lower corner of the seat base
and fold the seat forward.

3RD ROW POWER FOLDING SEATS (if so equipped)
Before operating the 3RD row seats:
• Make sure the 2ND row seatback is not reclined.
• Lower the 3RD row headrest to the full down position.
• Disconnect and secure the center seat belt and tongue into the retractor
base. Always reconnect the center seat belt when the seat is returned to
the upright position.
• Make sure that there are no objects on
the seatback cushion.
The 3RD row power folding seat controls
are located on the rear quarter trim
panel behind the 3
RD row seats (on the
passenger’s side)

To fold down the 3RD row seats, push and
hold the lef t portion of the switch.
To raise the 3RD row seats, push and hold the right portion of the switch.
If the ignition switch is in the OFF position, the power folding seats are
always operational.
If the ignition switch is in the ON position, the power folding seats are only
operational when the shif t lever is in the P (PARK) or N (NEUTRAL) position.

STARTING/STOPPING THE ENGINE
Depress the brake pedal.
Press the ignition switch
START/STOP button.
TURNING THE ENGINE OFF
Move the shif t lever to the P (PARK)
position, apply the parking brake and press
the ignition switch START/STOP button.

6 Multi-Function Controller
a. ENTER button– Press to select the highlighted item on the screen. If
this button is pressed while a map is displayed, the map menu screen
is displayed.
b. Main dir ectional buttons – Press to move across the map, highlight an
item on the screen or adjust a setting.
c. Additional directional buttons – Press to move across the map or
highlight an item on the character input screen.
d. C enter dial – Turn the dial to highlight an item on the screen, adjust a
setting or adjust the map scale.
7 Information (INFO) – Press to display the vehicle, traffic (if so equipped),
weather (if so equipped) or voice recognition information.
8 S TAT U S – Press multiple times to display audio information with either
the air conditioner status, fuel economy or navigation directions.
9 SETTING – Press to access the system settings.
10 BACK – Press to return to the previous screen. In a settings screen, this
button can also be used to apply the setting. In a character input screen,
this button can also delete the characters that have been entered.
11 VOICE – Press to hear the current voice guidance for a programed route.

DVD ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM
(if so equipped)
With this enter tainment system, you can
play video files via a DVD or CD, providing
images and sound both from the front
and rear display screens.
WATCHING A DVD
1. Insert a DVD into the DVD slot 1.
2. The DVD will play automatically.
• To watch or control videos on the front
display, make sure the vehicle is in the P (PARK) position and the parking
brake is applied.
REAR DISPLAYS
To turn the rear displays on or off from the
front seats:
1. Press the SETTING button 2 on the
control panel.
2. Selec t the “Rear Display” key on
the display.
3. Toggle the “L” (Lef t) or “R” (Right) display 3 on or off.

To access standard DVD controls on the front display while playing a
DVD on the rear display, press the DISC•AUX button
4 on the control
panel while the vehicle is in the P (PARK) position and the parking brake
is applied.
To turn the rear displays on or off from the rear seats:
1. Selec t the desired seat by sliding the DISPLAY SELECT switch 5 on the
remote control to the L (Lef t) or R (Right) position.
2. Press the POWER button 6 on the remote control.
To control the DVD from the rear seats, use the
remote control.
OPERATING TIPS
You can also connect auxiliary devices, such as video
games, camcorders or portable video players, to the
auxiliary jacks. (Your device will be controlled through its
own control panel.)
Rear Auxiliary Mode allows rear seat passengers to
independently display different sources on
each screen.
Use the he adphones, also provided with
the system, to listen to audio wirelessly
and independently.
For the best audio sound quality, please
make sure you are facing the monitor
directly in front of you.
To reduce driver distraction, movies will
not be shown on the front display while
the vehicle is in any drive position.
