Exterior Lighting
The exterior lamp control is on theinstrument panel to the left of thesteering column.
O:Turns the exterior lamps onand off.
AUTO :Turns the exterior lamps onand off automatically depending onoutside lighting.
;:Turns on the parking lampsincluding all lamps, except theheadlamps.
5:Turns on the headlampstogether with the parking lamps andinstrument panel lights.

Windshield Wiper/Washer
With the ignition in ACC/ACCESSORY or ON/RUN, movethe lever to select the wiper speed.
HI :Use for fast wipes.
LO :Use for slow wipes.
INT :Move the lever up to INT forintermittent wipes, then adjust theband to control the frequency ofwipes.
OFF :Use to turn the wipers off.
1X :For a single wipe, briefly movethe lever down. For several wipes,hold the lever down.
f:Pull the lever toward you tospray windshield washer fluid andactivate the wipers.

c:Press to reject an incomingcall or end a current call. Press tomute or unmute the infotainmentsystem when not on a call.
The favorite and volume switchesare on the back of the steeringwheel.
1. Favorite: When on a radiosource, press to select the nextor previous favorite. When on amedia source, press to selectthe next or previous track.
2. Volume: Press to increase ordecrease the volume.
Heated Steering Wheel
(:If equipped with a heatedsteering wheel, press to turn on oroff. A light on the button displayswhen the feature is turned on.
The steering wheel takes aboutthree minutes to start heating.
Horn
Pressaon the steering wheel pad
to sound the horn.
Windshield Wiper/Washer
The windshield wiper/washer leveris on the side of the steeringcolumn. With the ignition in ACC/ACCESSORY or ON/RUN, movethe windshield wiper lever to selectthe wiper speed.
HI :Use for fast wipes.
LO :Use for slow wipes.

If 105 km/h (65 mph) is exceeded
while towing the vehicle, it could
be damaged. Never exceed
105 km/h (65 mph) while towing
the vehicle.
Caution
Use of a shield mounted in front
of the vehicle grille could restrict
airflow and cause damage to the
transmission. The repairs would
not be covered by the vehicle
warranty. If using a shield, only
use one that attaches to the
towing vehicle.
Dinghy Towing (1.5L Engine
with Active Shutters RPO VRI,
1.8L Engine, 2.0L Engine)
Caution
If the vehicle is towed with all four
wheels on the ground, the drive
unit could be damaged. Repairs
would not be covered by the
vehicle warranty. Do not tow the
vehicle with all four wheels on the
ground.
Vehicles with these options are notdesigned to be towed with all fourwheels on the ground.
Dolly Towing
To w t h e v e h i c l e w i t h t h e t w o r e a rwheels on the ground and the frontwheels on a dolly.
To t o w t h e v e h i c l e w i t h t w o w h e e l son the ground and a dolly:
1. Put the front wheels on a dolly.
2. Put the shift lever in P (Park).
3. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
