For at aflæse forbruget, følges disse procedurer:
Cyklus for bykørsel: Koldstart efterfulgt af simuleret bykørsel.
Cyklus for kørsel uden for byområder: Simulation af kørsel uden for byområder med hyppige accelerationer i samtlige gear.
Hastigheden varierer mellem 0 og 120 km/t.
Blandet kørsel: Udregnes med en vægtning på ca. 37% af forbruget ved cyklus for bykørsel og ca. 63% af forbruget ved cyklus
for kørsel uden for byområder.
VIGTIGT Arten af den kørte strækning, trafikforholdene, vejret, køremåden, bilens almindelige stand, omfanget af udstyr, tilbehør og
værktøj, bilens belæsning, aircondition samt tagbagagebærer og andre forhold der øger luftmodstanden, kan medføre afvigelser i
brændstofforbruget i forhold til de data, der er fremkommet ved ovennævnte procedurer.
