When replacing a blown fuse or relay with a new one, make
sure the new fuse or relay fits
tightly into the clips The
incomplete fastening fuse or
relay may cause the vehicle
wiring and electric systems
damage and a possible fire.
Do not remove fuses, relays and terminals fastened with
bolts or nuts. The fuses, relays
and terminals may be fastened
incompletely, and it may cause
a possible fire. If fuses, relays
and terminals fastened with
bolts or nuts are blown, we
recommend that you consult
with an authorized Kia dealer.CAUTION - Fuse
Replacement
Do not use a screwdriver or anyother metal object to removefuses because it may cause ashort circuit and damage thesystem.

Do not input any other objectsexcept fuses or relays intofuse/relay terminals such as adriver or wiring. It may causecontact failure and system mal-function.
WARNING- Electrical Fire
Always ensure replacements fuses and relays are securely
fastened when installed.
Failure to do so can result in a
vehicle fire.
We recommend that you do not remove fuses, relays and termi-
nals that are fastened with
bolts or nuts. If they are not
completely re-installed, such
looseness may cause electrical
arcing and a possible fire. If
fuses, relays and terminals fas-
tened with bolts or nuts need
replacement, consult with an
authorized Kia dealer.

Multi fuse
If the multi fuse is blown, it must be
removed as follows:
1. Turn off the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the negative batterycable.
3. Remove the nuts shown in the pic- ture above.
4. Replace the fuse with a new one of the same rating.
5. Reinstall in the reverse order of removal.

If the multi fuse is blown, consult an
authorized Kia dealer.CAUTION- Fuse panel
covers
After checking the fuse panel inthe motor compartment, secure-ly install the fuse panel coverwith using cover locking sound.If not, electrical failures mayoccur from water contact.

License plate light bulb
replacement
1. Remove the lens by pressing thetabs.
2. Remove the socket from the lens.
3. Remove the bulb by turning it counter clockwise.
4. Install a new bulb in the socket and install the socket to the lens.
5. Reinstall the lens securely.
