CHANGING A FUSE
ACCESS TO THE  TOOLS
The	extraction	tweezer	is	fitted	to	the	back	of	the	dashboard	fusebox	cover
.
To gain access to them:
F	 turn
	 the 	 screw 	 a 	 quarter 	 of 	 a 	 turn 	 to 	 the 	 left,
F
 
unclip the cover by pulling at the top right,
F
 
remove the cover completely and turn it over
 ,
F	 remove
	 the 	 carrier 	 on 	 which 	 is 	 fitted 	 the 	 tweezer.
CHANGING A FUSE
Before changing a fuse, tit is necessary to:
F 
identify the cause and correct it,
F
 
switch of
 f all electrical consumers,
F
 
immobilise the vehicle and switch of
 f the ignition,
F
 
identify the failed fuse using the allocation tables and drawings 
presented on the following pages.
T
o replace a fuse, you must:
-
 
use the special tweezer to extract the fuse from its housing and 
check
	 the 	 condition 	 of 	 its 	 filament,
-
 
always replace a failed fuse with a fuse of the same rating (same 
colour);
	 a 	 different 	 rating 	 fuse 	 may 	 cause 	 malfunctions 	 (risk 	 of 	 fire).

If the fault recurs soon after changing a fuse, have the electrical 
system of your vehicle checked by a PEUGEOT dealer or a 
qualified
	 workshop.

The fusebox is placed in the lower section of the dashboard (left-hand \
side). It consists of two boxes.
