*: It also comes on due to natural causes such as natural air leaks and tire inflation pressure changes caused by temperature. Adjust the tire inflation pressure to the specified level.
The light will turn off after a few minutes. In case the light does not turn off even if the tire
inflation pressure is adjusted, have th e system checked by your Lexus dealer.
Follow the correction procedures.

If the electronic key does not operate properly
■Unlocking and locking the doors
Use the mechanical key in order to perform
the following operations:
Locks all the doors
Closes the windows and moon roof

(turn and hold)
Unlocks the door
Turning the key rearward unlocks the
driver’s door. Turning the key once
again within 5 seconds unlocks the
other doors.
Opens the windows and moon roof

■ Unlocking the trunk
Turn the mechanical key clockwise to open.

■Starting the hybrid system
Ensure that the shift lever is in P and
depress the brake pedal.
Touch the Lexus emblem side of the
electronic key to the power switch.
The power switch will turn to ON
mode.
When the smart access system with
push-button start is deactivated in cus-
tomization setting, the power switch
will turn to ACCESSORY mode.
Firmly depress the brake pedal and
check that is shown on the
multi-information display.
Press the power switch.
In the event that the hybrid system still cannot be operated, contact your Lexus dealer.
If the hybrid system doesn’t start
Make sure that the correct operating procedures have been followed. Make sure that the brake pedal is firmly
depressed when attempting to start the
hybrid system. (P. 2 1 )

If the electronic key battery becomes depleted, replace it with a new battery. For instruc-
tions on replacing the battery, refer to th e OWNER’S MANUAL. If you need further assis-
tance, contact your Lexus dealer.
