The TOP TETHER is used to secure the
upper strap of child seats that have one. This
arrangement limits the for ward tipping of the
child seat in the event of a front impact.

Group 0+: up to 13 kg
Installed in the rear ward facing position using an ISOFIX base which is attached to the rings A .
The base has a support leg, adjustable for height, that must be in contact with the floor of the vehicle.
This child seat can also be secured using a seat belt. In this case, only the shell is used and is attached to the vehicle seat using the three-point sea belt.
RÖMER Duo Plus ISOFIX (size category B1 )
Group 1: from 9 to 18 kg
Installed in the for ward facing position.
Fitted with an upper strap to be secured to the upper ring B or C ,
referred to as the TOP TETHER.
Three seat body angles: sitting, reclining, lying.
This child seat can also be used on seats which are not fitted with ISOFIX mountings. In this case, it must be attached to the vehicle seat using the three-point seat belt.
Follow the instructions for fitting the child seat given in the seat manufacturer's installation guide.

Access to the spare wheel
To remove the spare wheel
F Saloon: raise the boot floor and fold in two.
F T ourer: raise the boot floor and hook it
using the retractable handle. Secure the
hook to the top part of the boot.

tach the strap then push the wheel
for wards so as to be able to lift it.
To reposition the spare wheel
F Position the spare wheel flat in the boot, then pull it towards you.

ext place the toolbox inside the wheel,
then secure the assembly with the strap.

elease the boot floor to return it to its
initial position. The tyre pressures are indicated on the
label located on the driver's side centre
door pillar. Tyre pressures are given for
different vehicle loading conditions.

Removing a wheel
F Park the vehicle on stable, firm ground that is not slippery. apply the parking brake.

f your vehicle is equipped with
"Hydractive
III+" suspension, with the
engine running at idle, adjust the ground
clearance to its maximum height.

witch off the ignition and engage first gear
(position R for an electronic gearbox; P for
an automatic gearbox).

f your vehicle is fitted with "Hydractive III+"
suspension, position the chock, whichever
direction the gradient may be in, in front of
the front wheel diametrically opposite to
the one to be replaced.

F Remove the protector from each bolt using tool 3 .

it the security bolt socket to the
wheelbrace to slacken the security bolt
(depending on equipment).

lacken the other bolts using just the
wheelbrace 1 .
Before positioning the jack:

lways adjust the vehicle’s ground
clearance to the "maximum height"
position and retain this adjustment
for as long as the jack is under the
vehicle (do not use the hydraulic
adjustments),

nsure that any passengers have
left the vehicle and are in a safe
place.
Never get underneath the vehicle if it is
supported only by the jack.
The jack and all of the tools are specific
to your vehicle. Do not use them for any
other applications.
Have the original wheel repaired and
refitted as soon as possible.

Fitting a wheel
Wheel for temporary use
Your vehicle may be fitted with a spare wheel
which is different to those on the vehicle. When
fitting the spare wheel, it is normal to notice
that the wheel bolt washers do not come into
contact with the wheel rim. The spare wheel is
secured by the conical tapering of the wheel
bolt’s shaft.
When refitting the original wheel, ensure that
the wheel bolt contact sur faces are clean and
in good condition. F

it and tighten the bolts by hand.

re-tighten the security bolt using
wheelbrace 1 and security bolt socket

If your vehicle is fitted with a spare
wheel of a different size to those on the
vehicle, you must not exceed 50 mph
(80 km/h) whilst using the spare wheel.
The wheel bolts are specific to the type
of wheel.
If the type of wheel is changed,
check with your CITROËN dealer or a
qualified workshop that the wheel bolts
are compatible with the new wheels.
Take care to note down the code
number engraved on the head of the
security bolt socket. This will enable
you to obtain a replacement security
bolt socket from your dealer.

Changing a fuse
Replacing a fuse
Before replacing a fuse, it is necessary to:

To replace a fuse, it is essential to:

se the special tweezer 1 , placed on the
cover close to the fuseboxes, to extract
the fuse from its holder and check the
condition of its filament,

lways replace a failed fuse by a fuse of
equivalent rating (same colour); a different
rating could cause a fault (risk of fire).
If the fault recurs soon after replacing the
fuse, have the electrical system checked by a
CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop. The replacement of a fuse not
mentioned in the tables below may
cause a serious fault on your vehicle.
