Help Command
If you need assistance at any prompt, or if you want to
know your options at any prompt, say “Help” following
the beep. The Uconnect™ Phone will play all the options
at any prompt if you ask for help.
To activate the Uconnect™ Phone from idle, simply press
the button and follow the audible prompts for
directions. All Uconnect™ Phone sessions begin with a
press of the button on the radio control head.
Cancel Command
At any prompt, after the beep, you can say “Cancel” and
you will be returned to the main menu. However, in a
few instances the system will take you back to the
previous menu. Pair (Link) Uconnect™ Phone to a Mobile Phone
To begin using your Uconnect™ Phone, you must pair
your compatible Bluetooth  enabled mobile phone.
To complete the pairing process, you will need to reference
your mobile phone Owner’s Manual. The Uconnect™
website may also provide detailed instructions for pairing.
The following are general phone to Uconnect™ Phone
pairing instructions:
• Press the button to begin.
• After the “Ready” prompt and the following beep, say
“Setup Phone Pairing”.
• When prompted, after the beep, say “Pair a Phone”

You may add a second channel to each pushbutton by
repeating the above procedure with this exception: Press
the SET button twice and SET 2 will show in the display
window. Each button can be set for SET 1 and SET 2.
This allows a total of 12 Satellite channels to be stored
into pushbutton memory. The channels stored in SET 2
memory can be selected by pressing the pushbutton
twice.
Every time a preset button is used, a corresponding
button number will display.

These buttons tune the radio to the channels that you

1. Set the parking brake, shift the automatic transmission
into PARK (manual transmission in NEUTRAL) and
turn the ignition to LOCK.
2. Turn off the heater, radio, and all unnecessary electri-
cal accessories.
3. If using another vehicle to jump-start the battery, park
the vehicle within the jumper cables reach, set the
parking brake and make sure the ignition is OFF.
WARNING!Do not allow vehicles to touch each other as this
could establish a ground connection and personal
injury could result. Jump-Starting Procedure
WARNING!Failure to follow this procedure could result in per-
sonal injury or property damage due to battery ex-
plosion.
CAUTION!Failure to follow these procedures could result in
damage to the charging system of the booster vehicle
or the discharged vehicle.
1. Connect the positive (+) end of the jumper cable to the
positive (+) post of the discharged vehicle.
2. Connect the opposite end of the positive (+) jumper
