Limit the causes of excess
consumption
Spread loads throughout the vehicle; placethe heaviest items in the bottom of the boot,as close as possible to the rear seats.Limit the loads carried in the vehicle andreduce wind resistance (roof bars, roof rack, bicycle carrier, trailer...). Use a roof box in preference.Remove roof bars and roof racks after use.

At the end of winter, remove snow tyres and refit your summer tyres.


Observe the recommendations
on maintenance


Check the tyre pressures regularly, when cold, referring to the label in the door aper ture, driver's side. Carry out this check in par ticular:


- before a long journey,

- at each change of season,

- after a long period out of use.
Don't forget the spare wheel and the tyres onany trailer or caravan.


Have your vehicle ser viced regularly (engine oil, oil filter, air filter...) and obser ve the schedule of operations recommended by themanufacturer.


When refuelling, do not continue after the 3rd
cut-off of the nozzle to avoid any over flow.

At the wheel of your new vehicle, it is onlyafter the first 1 800 miles (3 000 kilometres) that you will see the fuel consumption settle down to a consistent average.

using the electronic key - remote control,press the opening control then raise the
tailgate.

Opening from outside

Press this button until the boot is heard to unlock.

Tailgate release


Unlocking
)
Fold back the rear seats to gain access to
the lock from inside the boot. ) Insert a small screwdriver into hole Aof thelock to unlock the tailgate. )
Move the latch to the left.
System allowing the mechanical unlocking of
the boot in the event of a battery or central
locking system malfunction.

Locking after closing

If the fault persists after closing again, the boot
will remain locked.
Closing
) Lower the tailgate using the interior grab
handle.

I
f the tailgate is not closed correctly, engine runningor vehicle moving(speed above6 mph (10 km/h)), a message appears in the instrument panel screen for a few seconds.

Massage function
This function provides the driver with a back
massage. It only operates when the engine is running or in STOP mode of the Stop & Start
system.


Activation
)
Press this switch.

The warning lamp comes on and the massage function is activated for a period of 1 hour.
During this time, massage is performed in6 cycles of 10 minutes (6 minutes of massagefollowed by 4 minutes break).
After one hour, the function is deactivated, the
warning lamp goes off.

Deactivation
You can deactivate the massage function at any time by pressing this switch.
Heated seats control
)Use the adjustment wheel to switch on and
select the level of heating required:

0:
Off. 1:Low.2:Medium.3:
High.

With the en
gine running, the front seats can beheated separately.
