Adjusting the settings manually
Basic setting
Adjusting the fan speed
Slide to the right to select the fan speed display
().
Turn to the clockwise to increase the fan speed, or
counterclockwise to decrease.
The fan speed can be adjusted in 7 stages.
To switch the air conditioning (cooler/dehumidifier functions) ON or
OFF, press . (ON and OFF are switched between each time
the button is pressed.)
To stop the air flow, press .

The mode switches between recirculated air mode and outside air mode
each time the button is pressed.
The indicator on turn on when the recirculated air mode is
selected.
Defogging the windshield
Press .
The air conditioning system oper-
ates automatically.
Recirculated air mode will auto-
matically switch to outside air
mode. It is not possible to return
to recirculated air mode when the
switch is on.
Once the fog has been removed,
pressing again will return
to the previous mode.

Pollen removal mode
Operates pollen removal mode
on/off.
Outside air mode switches to
recirculated air mode. Pollen is
removed from the air and the air
flows to the upper part of the

Using automatic mode
Fan speed is adjusted automatically according to the temperature setting
and ambient conditions. As a result, the following may occur:
Immediately after is pressed, the fan may stop for a while until
warm or cool air is ready to flow.
Cool air may flow to the area around the upper body when the heater is
on.
After pressing
The selection frame will automatically move to the fan speed display.
Switching between outside air and recirculated air modes
Recirculated air mode or outside air mode may be automatically switched to
in accordance with the temperature setting and the inside temperature.
Also, outside air mode may be automatically switched to when the outside
temperature is low.
Using the system in recirculated air mode
The windows will fog up more easily if recirculated air mode is used.
Window defogger feature
Recirculated air mode may automatically switch to outside air mode in situa-
tions where the windows need to be defogged.
