Changing a bulb
Front lamps
Model with xenon and directional headlamps
1.Direction indicators (light emitting diodes - LEDs).2.Directional dipped/main beam
headlamps (D1S-35W).3.Daytime running lamps/sidelamps (light
emitting diodes - LEDs).
Model with halogen headlamps
1.Dipped and main beam headlamps (H7-55W).2.Main beam headlamps (H7-55W).3.Daytime running lamps/sidelamps (light
emitting diodes - LEDs).4.Direction indicators (PY21-21W).
For H7 type bulbs with lugs... take care toobserve their correct installation so as to ensure the best lighting performance.

In some weather conditions (e.g. lowtemperature or humidity), the presenceof misting on the internal sur face of the
glass of the headlamps and rear lamps is normal; it disappears after the lampshave been on for a few minutes.
Before doing any work on your vehicle,switch off the ignition ( Ready
lamp off)to avoid any risk of injury resulting fromautomatic operation of the engine.

Practical information
The headlamps are fitted with
polycarbonate glass with a protectivecoating:)do not clean them using a dry or abrasive cloth, nor with a detergent or solvent product,)
use a sponge and soapy water, )
when using a high pressure washer on persistent marks, do not keep the lance directed towards thelamps or their edges for too long, so as not to damage their protectivecoating and seals.
Risk of electrocution
Xenon bulbs (D1S-35W) must bereplaced by a PEUGEOT dealer or aqualified workshop.
)Do not touch the bulb directly withyour fingers, use lint-free cloths. Changing a bulb should only be doneafter the headlamp has been switched off for a few minutes (risk of serious burns). It is imperative to use only anti-ultraviolet (UV) type bulbs in order notto damage the headlamp. Always replace a failed bulb with a new bulb with the same type andspecification.









Dipped and main beamheadlamps (xenon model)

D1S xenon bulbs must be changedby a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualifiedworkshop, as there is a risk of electrocution.
It is recommended that the D1S bulbsare changed at the same time when oneof them fails.

workshop.

Practical information
System which manages the duration of use of certain functions to conserve a sufficient level
of charge in the battery.
After the engine has stopped, you can still use functions such as the audio andtelematics system, windscreen wipers, dipped
beam headlamps, cour tesy lamps, etc. for a maximum combined duration of aboutforty minutes.








Energy economy mode


Switching to economy
mode
A message then appears in the instrument
pane
l screen indicating that the vehicle has
switched to economy mode and the activefunctions are put on standby.
If a telephone call is being made at this time, it
will be maintained for around 10 minutes with
the Bluetooth hands-free s
ystem of your audio
system.


Exiting economy mode

These functions are reactivated automaticallynext time the vehicle is driven.)In order to resume the use of these functions immediately, star t the engine and let it run:
- for less than ten minutes, to use
the equipment for approximately five minutes,
- for more than ten minutes, to use the
equipment for up to approximatel
ythirty minutes.

Let the engine run for the duration specified toensure that the battery charge is sufficient.
Do not repeatedly and continuously restar t
the engine in order to charge the battery.
A flat battery prevents the engine from star ting (refer to the "Battery" section).
