"SETUP" menu

Press the "SETUP"
button for access
to the "SETUP"
menu. This allows you
to select from the following functions:


- "Languages and voice functions",

- "Date and time",

- "Display",

- "Units",

- "System".



Language and voice functions
This menu allows you to:


- select the language used by the
screen (Deutsch, English, Espanol,
Français, Italiano, Nederlands,
Polski, Portugues, Türkçe * ),

- select the voice recognition param-
eters (activation/deactivation, advice
on use, personal voice programming,
etc.),

-
set the volume of the voice synthesiser.




Date and time
This menu allows you to set the date
and time, the format of the date and the
format of the time.

Principle of GPS synchronisation (GMT).


- Confi rm the selection "Synchronise
with GPS", the time is then aligned
with GMT universal time, the date is
also set.

- using the navigator, move the cursor
onto the hours fi eld and press OK
.

- You can then adjust the time to the
time zone of your choice, using the
rotating ring.
Please note that in the event of a
change of summer/winter time, the
time zone must be changed again
manually.


Display
This menu allows you to set the bright-
ness of the screen, the screen colour
scheme and the colour of the map (day/
night or auto mode).

Units
This menu allows you to select the units:
temperature (°C or °F) and distance
(miles or km).

For safety reasons, confi guration
of the multifunction screen by the
driver must only be done when
stationary.

System parameters
This menu allows you to restore the factory
confi guration, display the software version
and activate scrolling text.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Do not disconnect the terminals
while the engine is running.
Do not charge the batteries
without disconnecting the ter-
minals fi rst.
Do not push the vehicle to start the
engine.
The batteries contain harmful
substances such as sulphuric
acid and lead. They must be dis-
posed of in accordance with regulations
and must not, in any circumstances, be
discarded with household waste.
Take used remote control batteries
and vehicle batteries to a special col-
lection point.


It is advisable to disconnect
the battery if the vehicle is to
be left unused for more than
one month.
Before disconnecting the battery
Wait 2 minutes after switching off the ig-
nition before disconnecting the battery.
Close the windows and the doors before
disconnecting the battery.

Following reconnection of the
battery
Following reconnection of the battery,
switch on the ignition and wait 1 minute
before starting to permit initialisation of
the electronic systems. However, if prob-
lems remain following this operation,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Referring to the corresponding section,
you must yourself reinitialise:


- the remote control key,

- the panoramic sunroof blind,

- the satellite navigation system.

"Transport solutions":

For leisure pursuits: roof bars, bicycle
carrier on towbar, bicycle carrier on roof
bars, ski carrier, roof box, booster seats
and child seats, side blinds, under shelf
storage.
Trailer towbar, which must be fi tted by a
PEUGEOT dealer.


"Safety and security":

anti-theft alarm, window etching, wheel
security bolts, fi rst aid kit, breathalyzer,
warning triangle, high visibility vest, sto-
len vehicle tracking system, dog guard,
snow chains.
You can also obtain cleaning
and maintenance products
(exterior and interior), products
for topping up (screenwash fl uid...)
and refi lls (sealant cartridge for the
temporary puncture repair kit...) from
PEUGEOT dealers.

To avoid any risk of jamming of the
pedals:


- ensure that the mat is positioned
and secured correctly,

- never fi t one mat on top of another.
