3. To open, pull the lever (A).NOTEWhen the light switch is set in either the “ ” or “ ”
position, the glove compartment light illuminates.

Floor console box

The floor console box is located under the arm rest.
To open the console box, lift the lever (A) and raise the arm
rest (B).NOTEThe Auxiliary Audio connector (mini-jack) is located in
the floor console box. For details, refer to “To use the
external audio input function” on page 5-63.
WA R N I N G
!An open glove compartment door can cause a seri-
ous injury or death to the front passenger in an acci-
dent, even if the passenger is wearing his/her seat
belt. Always keep the glove compartment door
closed when driving.
