Vehicle parameters
Main menu
The main menu and its associated functions can only be accessed when
stationary.A message appears in the instrumentpanel central screen, above a certainspeed threshold, indicating that the main menu cannot be displayed.

This indicates that the par ticleemissions filter is star ting to become saturated.
As soon as driving conditions allow, regenerate the filter by driving at a speed of at least 35 mph (60 km/h)until the warning lamp goes off.

par ticle emissions filter additive level is too low. Thi
s indicates the low level of the additive reservoir.Have the reser voir topped up as soon as possible by a
CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

The total and trip distances are displayed for
thirty seconds when the ignition is switchedoff, when the driver's door is opened and when
the vehicle is locked or unlocked.

Each fitted with an adjustable mirror glass permitting the lateral rear ward vision necessary for overtaking or parking. They can also be
folded for parking in confined spaces.

Door mirrors
The objects obser ved are, in reality, closer than they appear. Take this into account in order to correctly judge the distance of vehicles approaching from behind.




Folding

in the central position rear wards.


Unfolding

From outside: unlock the vehicle usingthe remote control or the key.)
From inside: with the ignition on, pull the control A
in the central position rear wards.

If the mirrors are folded using control A , they will not unfold when the vehicle is unlocked. Pull again on control A.

The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors using the remote control can be deactivated by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.
Never fold or unfold the electric folding mirrors manually.

f your vehicle is fitted with heated
mirrors, the demisting-defrostingoperates by switching on the heatedrear screen (refer to the "Rear screen
demist-defrost" page).
The rear screen demist - defrost can onl
yoperate when the engine is running.

Remote control key System which permits central unlocking or locking of the vehicle using the door lock or from a distance. It is also used to locate and star t the vehicle, as well as providing protection against theft.

)Turn the key for wards in the driver's door lock to unlock the vehicle completely.

Selective unlocking of the boot

Press the central button on theremote control to unlock the boot. The doors remain locked.
If selective unlockin
g of the boot is deactivated, pressing this button also unlocks the doors.
Programming the unlocking
The complete or selective boot
unlocking parameter is set via the
vehicle configuration menu.
Selective unlocking of the boot is
activated by default.
Each unlockin
g is confirmed by rapid flashingof the direction indicators for approximatelytwo seconds.
According to the version of your vehicle, the door mirrors unfold at the same time.
In low light, unlocking also brings on the
welcome li
ghting, both interior and exterior (see "Visibility").
Don't forget to lock the boot again by pressing the closed padlock button.

Locking the vehicle

)Turn the key towards the rear in the driver's door lock to lock the vehicle.
) Press the closed padlock to lockthe vehicle.If one of the doors or the boot is still open, the central locking does nottake place; the vehicle locks itself then unlocks straight away, identifiable by the sound of the locks rebounding. When the vehicle is locked, if it isunlocked inadvertently, it will lock itself again automatically after thir ty secondsunless a door or the boot is opened.
The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors using the remote control can be deactivated by a CITROËN dealer or aqualified workshop. Lockin
g is confirmed by fixed lighting of the
direction indicators for approximately two seconds.
According to version, the door mirrors fold at
the same time.
In low light, locking also brings on of
the guide-me-home lighting (see "Visibility").


Closing the windows using the
remote contro
l
) Press and hold down the closed padlock until the desired position
is obtained. The windows stop
when you release the button.

When closing the windows using the remote control you must ensure thatnothing prevents them from closingcorrectly.
If you want to leave the windowspartly open, you must deactivate thevolumetric alarm monitoring.
