Use the seat belt hangers to pre-
vent the belts from being tan-
gled.
■ Folding down rear seatbacks (split rear seats: type A)
LLower the head restraints to the
lowest position.
Pull the seat position adjustment
lever up. Then slide the rear seat
fully forward.
Pull the seatback angle adjust-
ment lever up and fold the seat-
back down.
Each seatback may be folded
separately.

Before driving
Flip over the deck board.
■ Folding down rear seatbacks (split rear seats: type B)
Lower the head restraints to the
lowest position.
Pull the seatback angle adjust-
ment lever up and fold the seat-
back down.

■Release method
The belt can be completely released when not required, such as
when folding down the rear seat.
To release the hooked end tab,
insert the vehicle’s key into the
hole on the buckle.
Stow the seat belt tabs in the
cover set in the roof as shown.
