To adjust the headlight beam level ac- cording to the number of the passen- gers and the loading weight in the cargo area, turn the beam leveling switch.The higher the number of the switch position, the lower the headlight beam level. Always keep the headlight beamat the proper leveling position, or head- lights may dazzle other road users. Listed below are the examples of properswitch settings. For loading conditions other than those listed below, adjust the switch position so that the beamlevel may be the nearest as the condi- tion obtained according to the list. B340G01HR

To turn on the front fog lights, push the switch in the "ON" position. They willlight when the headlight switch is in the first or second position.

The rear window defroster is turned on by pushing in the switch. To turn the defroster off, push the switch a second time. The rear window defroster auto-matically turns itself off after about 20 minutes. To restart the defroster cycle, push in the switch again after it hasturned itself off. B370A01A-AAT The hazard warning system should be used whenever you find it necessary to stop the car in a hazardous location. When you must make such an emer-gency stop, always pull off the road as far as possible. The hazard warning lights are turnedon by pushing in the hazard switch. This causes all turn signal lights to blink. The hazard warning lights willoperate even though the key is not in the ignition. To turn the hazard warning lights off,push the switch a second time. To turn on the rear fog lights, push the switch. They will light when the head- light switch is in the second position and the key is in the "ON" position. OHR028101

With the "Fresh" mode selected, air enters the vehicle from the outside andis heated or cooled according to the function selected. With the "Recirculation" mode selected, air from within the passenger compart- ment will be drawn through the heatingsystem and heated or cooled according to the function selected. NOTE: It should be noted that prolonged operation of the heating in "Recircu- lation" mode ( ) will give rise to fogging of the windshield and sidewindows and the air within the pas- senger compartment will become stale. In addition, prolonged use ofthe air conditioning with the "Recir- culation" mode ( ) selected may result in the air within the passengercompartment becoming excessively dry.

This is used to select fresh outside air or recirculating inside air. To change the air intake control mode(Fresh mode, Recirculation mode), push the control button. FRESH MODE ( ) : The indicator
light on the button goes off when the air intake control is fresh mode. RECIRCULATION MODE ( ): The

1. Remove the cover by pressing the both sides of the cover. G270F02HR
2. Take the bulb out from the bulb
holder by turning it counterclock- wise.
