Press the SOURCE button several times in succession and selectthe radio.
P r e s s t h e B A N D A S T b u t t o n t o s e l e c t a w a v e b a n d : F M 1 , F M 2 , F M a s t , A M .
B r i e fl y p r e s s o n e o f t h e b u t t o n s t o carry out an automatic search ofthe radio stations.
Press one of the buttons to carry out a manual search of the radio stations.
Press the LIST REFRESH button to display the list of stations received l o c a l l y ( 3 0 s t a t i o n s m a x i m u m ) . To update this list, press for more than two seconds.
Select ACTIVATE FREQUENCY FOLLOWING (RDS) then press OK. RDS appears on the display.
S e l e c t t h e F M W A V E B A N D PREFERENCES function then press OK.
Select AUDIO FUNCTIONS then press OK.
Press the MENU button.
T h e e x t e r n a l e n v i r o n m e n t ( h i l l s , b u i l d i n g s , t u n n e l s , b a s e m e n t c a r p a r k s ) m a y b l o c k r e c e p t i o n , i n c l u d i n g in RDS mode. This is a normal effect of the way in which radio waves are transmitted and does not indicate any failure of the audio equipment.
