A. With the ignition on, the needle should
indicate the level of fuel remaining.
B. With the engine running, its associ-
ated low level warning lamp should
switch off.
C.
With the ignition on, the oil level indicator
should display that the level is OK or correct,
according to version, for a few seconds.
If the levels are not correct, top up the
levels which are low. Lighting of the indicator lamp indicates
the status of the corresponding function.

Main menu
Press button 1 to open the main
menu and select one of the following
functions:
- "Vehicle parameters",
- "Choice of language",
- "Choice of units".
Press button 2 or 3 to move on the
screen.

selection. Vehicle parameters
This menu allows you to activate or
deactivate certain driving and comfort
equipment:
- selective unlocking (refer to the
"Access" section),
- guide-me-home and welcome light- ing (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- interior mood lighting (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- daytime running lamps (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- directional headlamps (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- rear parking sensors (refer to the "Driving" section).
Choice of language
This menu allows you to select the lan-
guage used by the screen: Deutsch,
English, Espanol, Français, Italiano,
Nederlands, Portugues, Türkçe * .
Choice of units
This menu allows you to select the units:
temperature (°Celsius or °Fahrenheit)
and fuel consumption (mpg, km/l or
l/100 km).
This group of buttons permits:
-
when stationary , c o n fi g u r a t i o n o f
the vehicle's equipment and the
central screen settings (language,
units...),
- while driving , scrolling through the
active functions (trip computer, navi-
gation...).
Controls
There are four buttons to control the in-
strument panel large screen:
1. a c c e s s t h e m a i n m e n u , c o n fi r m t h e
selection,
2. move up through the menu,
3. move down through the menu,
4. return to the previous screen, exit
from the menu. The main menu and its associated
functions can only be accessed
when stationary, via buttons
1 to 4 .
A message appears in the cen-
tral screen, above a certain speed
threshold, indicating that the main
menu cannot be displayed.
Trip computer information can only
be displayed while driving, using
buttons 2 and 3 (refer to the "Trip
computer" section).

Water in Diesel * .
If this is displayed, it indicates
the presence of water in the
D i e s e l fi l t e r .
There is a risk of damage to the injection
system on Diesel engines. Automatic headlamp
adjustment.
If this is displayed, it indicates the
occurrence of a fault in the auto-
matic headlamp adjustment.
P a r t i c l e e m i s s i o n fi l t e r ( D i e s e l ) .
If this is displayed, linked with
the service warning lamp, it in-
dicates the start of saturation
o f t h e p a r t i c l e e m i s s i o n fi l t e r o r a l o w
Diesel additive reservoir level.
A s s o o n a s t r a f fi c c o n d i t i o n s p e r m i t , r e -
g e n e r a t e t h e fi l t e r b y d r i v i n g a t a s p e e d
of at least 40 mph (60 km/h) until the
service warning lamp is switched off.
If the service warning lamp is still dis-
played, the additive level is low. Have it
topped up by a PEUGEOT dealer with-
out delay.
U n d e r - i n fl a t e d t y r e .
If this is displayed, it indicates
low pressure in one or more
wheels.
Check the tyre pressures as soon as
possible.
Punctured tyre.
If this is displayed, it indicates
that one or more wheels are
punctured. Stop the vehicle as
soon as it is safe to do so.
Change the damaged wheel and have it
repaired by a PEUGEOT dealer.
T y r e u n d e r - i n fl a t i o n
detection.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault on one
o f t h e s e n s o r s o r i n t h e t y r e u n d e r - i n fl a -
tion detection system.
It may also indicate the absence of a
sensor when the spare wheel, which
d o e s n o t h a v e a s e n s o r , i s fi t t e d i n p l a c e
of a punctured wheel.
Automatic lighting.
If this comes on, it indicates the
occurrence of a fault in the au-
tomatic lighting.
Use the other positions of the lighting
stalk to control the lighting manually.
Visual and/or audible
parking sensors.
If this comes on, in forward and/
or reverse gear, it indicates a fault
in the parking sensor system.
Automatic gearbox.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the
automatic gearbox. The gear-
box will then operate in down-grade
mode, locked on 3rd gear.
It may also be displayed if a door is
opened.
Invalid value.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the
programme of the automatic
gearbox.
Position P or N.
If this is displayed, it indicates
that the gear lever must be
placed in position
P or N in or-
der to start the engine.

Power steering.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the
power steering. Stop the vehicle
as soon as it is safe to do so.

MULTIFUNCTION SCREENS
"SETUP" menu
Press the "SETUP" button to gain
access to the "SETUP" menu. This
allows you to select from the follow-
ing functions:
- "Languages",
- "Date and time",
- "Display",
- "Vehicle",
- "Units",
- "System".
Language
This menu allows you to select the lan-
guage used by the display: Deutsch,
English, Espanol, Français, Italiano,
Nederlands, Polski, Portugues, Türkçe * .
Date and time
This menu allows you to set the date
and time, the format of the date and the
format of the time (refer to the Peugeot
Connect Navigation part of the "Audio
and Telematics" section). Display
This menu allows you to set the bright-
ness of the screen, the screen colour
scheme and the colour of the map (day/
night or auto mode).
Vehicle
This menu allows you to activate or
deactivate certain driving and comfort
equipment:
- selective unlocking (refer to the
"Access" section),
- guide-me-home and welcome light- ing (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- interior mood lighting (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- daytime running lamps (refer to the "Visibility" section),

t o r y c o n fi g u r a t i o n , d i s p l a y t h e s o f t w a r e
version and activate scrolling text. F o r s a f e t y r e a s o n s , c o n fi g u r a t i o n
of the multifunction screen by the
driver must be done only when sta-
tionary.

PARKING SENSORS
T h i s s y s t e m i n d i c a t e s t h e p r o x i m i t y o f a n
o b s t a c l e ( p e r s o n , v e h i c l e , t r e e , g a t e , e t c . )
w h i c h c o m e s w i t h i n t h e fi e l d o f d e t e c t i o n
of sensors located in the bumper.
Certain types of obstacle (stake, road-
w o r k s c o n e , e t c . ) d e t e c t e d i n i t i a l l y w i l l
no longer be detected at the end of the
manoeuvre due to the presence of blind
spots. This function cannot, in any cir-
cumstances, take the place of the
vigilance and responsibility of the
driver. Rear parking sensors
Audible assistance
T h e p r o x i m i t y i n f o r m a t i o n i s g i v e n b y a
discontinuous audible signal, the fre-
quency of which increases as the ve-
hicle approaches the obstacle.
The sound emitted by the speaker (right
o r l e f t ) i n d i c a t e s t h e s i d e o n w h i c h t h e
obstacle is located.
When the distance between the vehicle
and the obstacle becomes less than ap-
p r o x i m a t e l y t h i r t y c e n t i m e t r e s , t h e a u d i -
ble signal becomes continuous.
The system is switched on by engaging
reverse gear. This is accompanied by
an audible signal.
The system is switched off when you
e x i t r e v e r s e g e a r .
This supplements the audible signal by
displaying segments in the multifunc-
tion screen which move progressively
nearer to the vehicle. When the obsta-
cle is near, the "Danger" symbol is also
displayed in the screen.

Front parking sensors
In addition to the rear parking sensors,
the front parking sensors are triggered
when an obstacle is detected in front
and the speed of the vehicle is still below
6 m p h ( 1 0 k m / h ) .
The sound emitted by the speaker (front
o r r e a r ) i n d i c a t e s w h e t h e r t h e o b s t a c l e i s
in front or behind.
The front parking sensors are interrupted
if the vehicle stops for more than three
seconds in forward gear, if no further ob-
stacles are detected or when the speed
o f t h e v e h i c l e e x c e e d s 6 m p h ( 1 0 k m / h ) .
Deactivation/Activation of the front
and rear parking sensors
The function is deactivated by pressing
this button. The indicator lamp on the
button comes on.
Pressing this button again reactivates
the function. The indicator lamp on the
button switches off. Deactivation/Activation of the rear
parking sensors
The function will be deactivated au-
tomatically if a trailer is being towed
o r a b i c y c l e c a r r i e r i s fi t t e d ( v e h i c l e
fi t t e d w i t h a t o w b a r o r b i c y c l e c a r -
r i e r r e c o m m e n d e d b y P E U G E O T ) . Operating fault
If an operating fault occurs,
when reverse gear is engaged
this warning lamp is displayed
o n t h e i n s t r u m e n t p a n e l a n d / o r
a message appears on the screen, ac-
companied by an audible signal (short
b l e e p ) .
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.
In bad weather or in winter, ensure
that the sensors are not covered
with mud, ice or snow. When re-
verse gear is engaged, an audible
s i g n a l ( l o n g b l e e p ) i n d i c a t e s t h a t
the sensors may be dirty.
When the vehicle is moving at
a s p e e d b e l o w 6 m p h ( 1 0 k m / h ) ,
certain sound sources (motorcy-
c l e , l o r r y , p n e u m a t i c d r i l l , e t c . ) m a y
trigger the audible signals of the
parking sensor system.
The function is deactivated
or activated via the vehicle
c o n fi g u r a t i o n m e n u .
The status of the function
is stored when the ignition
is switched off.
