T h e c o n t r o l s a r e d i s p l a y e d a n d m a n a g e d v i a t h e portable equipment.
First adjust the volume of your portable equipment.
Then adjust the volume of your audio equipment.
The auxiliary input, JACK and RCA, permits the con nection of portable equipment (MP3 player...).
Connect the portable equipment (MP3 player…) to the JACK socket or to the audio sockets (white and red, R C A t y p e ) u s i n g a s u i t a b l e c a b l e (not supplied).
Press the SOURCE button several times in succession and select AUX.

There is a difference in sound quality between the different audio s o u r c e s ( r a d i o , C D . . . ) .
C h e c k t h a t t h e a u d i o s e t t i n g s ( V o l u m e , B a s s , T r e b l e , A m b i e n c e , L o u d n e s s ) a r e a d a p t e d t o the sources listened to. It is advisable to set the AUDIO functions (Bass, Treble, Front-Rear B a l a n c e , L e f t - R i g h t B a l a n c e ) t o t h e m i d d l e position, select the musical ambience "None" and set the loudness correction to the "Active" position in CD mode or to the "Inactive" position in radio mode.

If the disc is recorded in another format, it may not be played correctly. I t i s r e c o m m e n d e d t h a t t h e s a m e r e c o r d i n g s t a n d a r d i s a l w a y s u s e d f o r a n i n d i v i d u a l d i s c , w i t h a s l o w a s p e e d a s p o s s i b l e ( 4 x m a x i m u m ) for optimum sound quality.
