The power outlets are for powering electrical
accessories such as cellular telephones.
The bottom power outlet located on instrument
panel and the power outlet located in the cargo
area are powered directly by the vehicle’s battery.
The top power outlet (if so equipped) located on
the instrument panel and the power outlet lo-
cated inside the center console are powered only
when the ignition switch is placed in the ACC or
ON position.
Open the cap to use a power outlet.CAUTION
cThe outlet and plug may be hot during
or immediately after use.
cOnly certain power outlets are designed
for use with a cigarette lighter unit. Do
not use any other power outlet for an
accessory lighter. See your NISSAN
dealer for additional information.
cDo not use with accessories that ex-
ceed a 12 volt, 120W (10A) power draw.
Do not use double adapters or more
than one electrical accessory.cUse power outlets with the engine run-
ning to avoid discharging the vehicle
battery.
cAvoid using power outlets when the air
conditioner, headlights or rear window
defroster is on.
cBefore inserting or disconnecting a
plug, be sure the electrical accessory
being used is turned OFF.

To access the under-seat storage bins:
s1Tip up the 2nd row bench seat. Refer to “Tip

s2Fold up the bottom cushion of the center
seat.
s3Push the latch to release the storage bin
cover.

The sunload sensors1, located on the top center
of the instrument panel, helps the system main-
tain a constant temperature. Do not put anything
on or around this sensor.Rear seat temperature and fan speed can be
controlled from both the front seat overhead con-
sole controls or the rear seat controls (on back of
center console) .
Press the REAR CTRL button to transfer control
of the rear climate functions to the rear passen-
gers.
To operate the rear air conditioner, the engine
must be running.
If the rear seat fan control dial is set to (0) , the air
conditioner is turned off. If it is set to any of the fan
speed positions, air is discharged from the rear
vents at the corresponding speed.

DRC:
DRC (Dynamic Range Compression) allows you
to tune the dynamic range of the sound recorded
in the DolbyTDigital format. Touch the “–” key or
the “+” key to tune the DRC.
DVD auxiliary input jacks
The auxiliary input jacks are located on the front of
the DVD player which is located inside the center
console. NTSC and PAL compatible devices
such as video games, camcorders and portable
video players can be connected to the auxiliary
jacks.
The auxiliary jacks are color coded for identifica-
tion purposes.
cYellow - video input
cWhite - left channel audio input
cRed - right channel audio input
Before connecting a device to a jack, power off
the portable device and turn off the DVD player.
To view something connected to the auxiliary
input jacks, press the DISC/AUX button until the
DVD mode appears, then touch the “Settings”
key. Then touch the “Switch to DVD-AUX” key.
The screen will change to the DVD-AUX mode.DVD-AUX settings
Touch the “Settings” key to adjust the following
settings:
cSwitch to DVD:
Touch this key to switch back to the DVD
mode.
cVideo Format:
If the auxiliary source is in a different video
format, touch the “
” key or the “”
key, the video format will change.cDisplay Mode:
Choose from the Full, Wide, Normal or Cin-
ema mode by touching the “
” key or
the “
” key.
When all the changes have been made, press the
BACK button to save all the settings.
