■Alarms and warning indicators
A combination of exterior and interior alarms as well as warnings displayed on the
multi-information display are used to prevent theft of the vehicle and unforeseeable
accidents resulting from erroneous operation. Take appropriate measures in
response to any warning indications on the multi-information display. (

The following table describes circumstances and correction procedures when only
alarms are sounded.

to see if you should disable the entry function.

Wireless remote control
■Operation signals
Doors: A buzzer sounds and the emergency flashers flash to indicate that thedoors have been locked/unlocked. (Locked: Once; Unlocked: Twice)
Trunk: A buzzer sounds to indicate that the trunk has been unlocked.
Windows and moon roof: A buzzer sounds to indicate that the windows and moon
roof are operating.
■Door lock buzzer
If a door is not fully closed, a buzzer sounds if an attempt to lock the door is made.
Fully close the door to stop the bu zzer, and lock the vehicle once more.
■Alarm
Using the wireless remote control to lock the door will set the alarm system.
The wireless remote control can be used to lock and unlock the vehicle and
the trunk from outside the vehicle.
