REMOVAL
NOTE:
The driver seat control unit is part of the driver seat.
1. Remove the driver seat. Refer to SE-50, "Removal and Installation"
.
2. Disconnect driver seat control unit electrical connector.
3. Remove driver seat control unit from driver seat.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
When removing and installing, use shop cloths to protect parts from damage.
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
2. Remove the instrument driver lower panel. Refer to IP-13, "Removal and Installation"
.
3. Remove the screw from the aut omatic drive positioner control
unit (1).
4. Remove automatic drive positioner control unit (1) from bracket
and disconnect electrical connectors.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Clamp the harness in position.
NOTE:
After installing the automatic drive positioner cont rol unit, perform additional service when disconnecting bat-
tery negative terminal. Refer to ADP-8, "Special Repair Requirement"
