This f eature, when
activated, continuously replays the
current track (f ile in MP3/WMA
mode). To activate it, press the
AUDIO button to view the display,
then push down the selector on the
interface dial. Rotate the interface
dial to select track repeat. Press
ENTER on the selector to enter your
selection. You will see ‘‘REPEAT’’ next to the
TRACKiconontheaudiocontrol
display. To turn of f this f eature,
select track repeat as previously
described, then press ENTER again.
This feature,

the audio control display. To turn off

f ile, plays about 10 seconds of it, and
continues through the rest of the
track/file the same way. When the
system f inishes scanning all the
tracks/f iles in the current disc, the
system returns to the track/f ile it
f irst started scanning with, scan is
canceled, and the system begins to
play that track/file normally. To activate scan feature on the audio
control display, press the AUDIO
button to view the display. Push
down the selector on the interface
dial, then push the selector to the
lef t. You will see ‘‘SCAN’’ next to the
TRACKiconontheaudiocontrol
display. To turn of f this f eature, push
the selector to the lef t again within
10 seconds.

In MP3/WMA mode
The folder scan
f unction samples the f irst f ile of each
f older on the current disc in the
order they are compressed in MP3/
WMA. To activate this feature, press
the SCAN button twice. The first file
of each f older plays f or about 10
seconds. You will see ‘‘FOLDER
SCAN’’ next to disc number on the
audio control display. You will also
see ‘‘SCAN’’ and the f older number
blinking on the upper display. To
hear the rest of the f ile in the f older
currently scanning, press and hold
the SCAN button for more than 2
seconds. If you don’t, the system advances to
the next f older, plays about 10
seconds of it, and continues through
the rest of the f olders the same way.
When the system f inishes scanning
all the f olders on the current disc,
the system returns to the folder it
started scanning with, f older scan is
canceled, and the system begins to
play that folder normally. The disc scan
f unction samples the f irst track/f ile
(inMP3/WMAmode)oneachdisc
within the changer in numerical
order. To activate this f eature, press
the SCAN button twice. In the MP3/
WMA mode, press the SCAN button
three times. The f irst track/f ile on
each disc plays f or about 10 seconds.
You will see ‘‘SCAN’’ next to the
DISC icon on the audio control
display. You will also see ‘‘SCAN’’
and the disc number blinking on the
upper display. To hear the rest of the
track/f ile on the disc currently
scanning, press and hold the SCAN
button for more than 2 seconds.

In MP3/WMA mode
This
f eature plays the f iles within a f older
in random order, rather than in the
order they are compressed in MP3/
WMA. To activate folder random
play, press the AUDIO button to
view the audio control display, then
push down the selector on the
interface dial. Rotate the interface
dial to select the f older random.
Press ENTER on the selector to
enter your selection.
You will see ‘‘FOLDER RANDOM’’
on the audio control display. To turn
of f this f eature, select the f older
random then, press ENTER again.You can play a DVD-A disc in the CD
changer. The disc controls are same
as previously described.
To pause a disc, press the preset
button which corresponds to the
current disc. To play the disc again,
press the preset button again.
You can also pause a disc on the
audio control display. Press the
AUDIO button to view the display,
select the corresponding number of
the current disc on the preset icons
by turning the interface knob, then
press ENTER on the interf ace
selector. To play the disc again,
select the preset icon, then press
ENTER again.

If you turn the system of f while a
disc is playing, either with the PWR/
VOL knob or by turning of f the
ignition switch, the disc will stay in
the drive. When you turn the system
back on, the disc will begin playing
where it lef t of f .
To take the system out of disc mode,
press the AM/FM, or DISC/AUX, orbutton to switch to the radio,
or satellite radio, or auxiliary input
while a disc is playing. When you
return to disc mode by pressing the
DISC/AUX button, play will continue
at the same point that it left off. To remove the disc that is currently
playing, press and release the eject
( ) button. You will see
‘‘EJECT’’ on the upper display. When
you remove the disc f rom the slot,
the system begins the load sequence
so you can load another disc in that
position. If you do not load another
disc within 10 seconds, the system
selects the previous mode (AM, FM1,
FM2, or XM).
If you do not remove the disc f rom
the slot, the system will reload the
disc af ter 10 seconds and put the CD
changer in pause mode. To begin
playing the disc, press the DISC/
AUX button.
To remove a different disc from the
changer,firstselectitbypressing
the corresponding number on the
preset button or turning the
interf ace knob, and pressing ENTERon the interf ace selector. When that
disc begins playing, press the eject
button.
Press and hold the eject button until
you hear a beep to remove all the
discs from the changer.
You can also eject discs when the
ignition switch is of f by pressing the
eject button. The disc that was last
selected is ejected f irst. You can
eject the rest of the discs one at a
time.
