INFORMATION ON THE
INSTRUMENT PANEL DISPLAY
D a t a d i s p l a y s
With the ignition on, press the INFO
button, located on the fascia to the
right of the instrument panel, to display
the various information displays in
succession:
- the distance recorder A,
- the distance recorder B,
- the service indicator,
- the coolant temperature,
- the range,
- the trip computer,
- the setting menu. This displays the distance
and the number of
months remaining before
the next service to be
carried out in accordance
with the manufacturer’s
servicing schedule (refer
to the "Service indicator"
section).
Service indicator
When the engine is
running, this indicates
the temperature of the
coolant (refer to the
"Coolant temperature
indicator" section).
C o o l a n t t e m p e r a t u r e When the engine is
running, this indicates
the number of miles
(kilometres) which can
still be travelled with the
fuel remaining in the tank
in relation to the average
consumption over the
last few miles (kilometres) travelled
(refer to the "Range" section).
Range
This indicates the
average consumption,
the average speed and
the current consumption
(refer to the "Trip
computer" section).

When the vehicle is

the user to change the
following parameters
(refer to the "Function
parameters" section):
- the display language,
- the temperature display unit,
- the fuel consumption unit,
- the option to reinitialise the average consumption and the average speed,

DISTANCE RECORDERS (A/B) DISTANCE RECORDERS (A/B)
System for measuring the total distance
travelled by the vehicle during its service
life and the distance travelled in a day
or other period until it is reset to zero by
the driver.
Zero reset
With the ignition on, press the INFO
button for more than 2 seconds until
zeros appear. When the engine is
running, this indicates
the temperature of the
coolant.
COOLANT TEMPERATURE
If the bar is close to the
critical position
located on the right, the temperature is
too high.

Wait for the engine to cool before
topping up the level. The cooling
system is pressurised.
When the engine is
running , this indicates
the distance which can
still be travelled with the
fuel remaining in the tank
in relation to the average
consumption over the
last few miles/kilometres
travelled.
RANGE
When the range is less than 30 miles
(50 km) , dashes are displayed.
Fill the fuel tank as soon as possible.
The display of the range is updated.
To avoid any risk of scalding,
unscrew the cap by two turns to
allow the pressure to drop.
When the pressure has dropped,
remove the cap and top up the
level, if necessary.
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer. T h i s fi g u r e m a y i n c r e a s e
following a change in the style
of driving or the relief, resulting
in a reduction in the current
consumption.
If you only add a few litres, the
value displayed will be incorrect.
T h e r e f o r e , y o u m u s t fi l l t h e t a n k
whenever possible.
When you disconnect the battery,
the previous consumption data
is lost and the value displayed
will be different from that
displayed before the battery
was disconnected. The distance
displayed must be considered
an approximate indication.

When the vehicle is

- activation/deactivation of the INFO
button sound,
- the break (rest) reminder display in- terval,
- restore the manufacturer’s param- eters.
FUNCTION PARAMETERS
System which provides access to
certain function parameters.
The various menus may differ for the
type 1 instrument panel and the type 2
instrument panel.
With the ignition on , press the INFO
button on the fascia, to the right of
the instrument panel, several times in
succession until the "SETTING MENU"
screen is displayed.
In order to change the settings,
it is essential that you stop
the vehicle and switch on the
ignition.
Apply the handbrake and place
the gear lever in neutral.
When the vehicle is moving ,
the functions setting display is
not displayed when you press
the INFO button.
O p e r a t i o n
press and hold the INFO button for
a few seconds to display the menus
screen.
Press and hold the INFO button
for a few seconds to return to
the previous screen.
When the menus screen is
displayed, if no operation is
carried out within 15 seconds,
the function parameters screen
is displayed.

You can choose between different units
for displaying the fuel consumption. On the menus screen:
press the INFO button to select
"UNIT" .
press and hold the INFO button for
a few seconds to display the "UNIT"
screen.
press the INFO button to scroll the
units (km/L, L/100km, mpg(US),
mpg(UK) and PREVIOUS) in suc-
cession.
press and hold the INFO button
for a few seconds to confirm your
selection.
In this case, the distance, speed and
q u a n t i t y o f f u e l u n i t s w i l l a l s o b e c h a n g e d
in accordance with your choice of fuel
consumption unit.
If the battery is disconnected, the
parameter memory is cleared
and the default unit (km/L) is
restored automatically.

A. Manufacturer’s plate.
This number is indicated on a plate on the centre pillar, on the driver’s
side.
B. Serial number under the bonnet.
This number is engraved on the bodywork near the windscreen.
C. Front number plate.
D. Tyres/paint label.
T h i s l a b e l i s a f fi x e d t o t h e p a s s e n - ger’s door centre pillar. It indicates the following informa-
tion:
- the tyres pressures without load and with load,
- the rim and tyre sizes,
- the pressure of the spare wheel,
- the paint colour reference.
E. Serial number behind the wind-
screen.
This number is engraved on the fas- cia, behind the windscreen. The tyre pressures must be
checked when cold at least once
a month.
