Turn the carrier drive anti-clock-
wise to draw in the carrier cable.
I n i t i a l l y t h e d r i v e w i l l t u r n f r e e l y ,
t h e n t h e c a b l e w i l l t i g h t e n t o r a i s e
the wheel.
