AUTOMATIC HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT

When stationary and when the vehi-
cle is moving , the system automati-
cally corrects the height of the beam,
whatever the load of the vehicle. The
driver is then assured of having opti-
mum lighting and not causing a nui-
sance to other road users.
DIRECTIONAL HEADLAMPS
Activation/Deactivation
When the dipped or main beam head-
lamps are on, this function enables the
light beam to follow the direction of the
road.
The quality of your lighting when turning
is improved considerably.

In cases of malfunction ,
the warning light comes on
on the instrument panel dis-
play, accompanied by an au-
dible signal and a message
on the multifunction display. The sys-
tem places your headlamps to the low
position.
Do not touch the xenon bulbs. Consult
a PEUGEOT dealer. Function activated
Function deactivated To deactivate or acti-
vate the function, go to
the
"Personalisation -
Confi guration" menu on
your multifunction display.
When the engine is switched on, the
status of activation/deactivation of this
function selected when the engine was
switched off is retained.
By default, this function is activated.

Note: when stationary or driv-
ing at very low speed, or in
reverse gear, this function is
inactive.

In the event of a malfunc-
tion, this warning light fl ashes
on the instrument panel.
On vehicles fi tted with daytime
lights, the function is only acti-
vated if the lights stalk is in the
dipped/main beam headlamps
position.
On starting, with the engine
running, the headlamps initial-
ise automatically and perform
a vertical sweep.
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.

CHANGING A FRONT BULB
Handle the bulbs with a dry cloth.
2 - Side lights : W 5 W (COOL BLUE
®).

 Turn the access cap a quarter turn,
remove the bulb and change it.

3 - Direction indicators : PY 21 W
(DIADEM
®).

 Turn the access cap a quarter turn,

 Remove the bulb holder.

 Change the bulb.

4 - Front fog lamps
: H11 - 55 W.
The headlamps are fi tted with polycar-
bonate glass with a protective coating. Do
not clean them with a dry or abrasive cloth,
nor with a detergent or solvent product.
Ensure that the liquid used to fi ll the
wash-wipe and headlamp wash reser-
voir is of good quality. Integrated direction indicator side
repeaters

 Push the repeater forwards or
backwards and release it.

 Unclip the repeater and change it.
Repeaters can be obtained from a
PEUGEOT dealer.
Front lights
In the engine compartment, remove
the cover secured by one or two but-
terfl y screws, a plastic retainer clip and
two quarter turn screws.

1 - Dipped beam and main beam head-
lamps : D1S-35W xenon bulb.

WARNING: RISK OF
ELECTROCUTION Coloured bulbs (side lights
and direction indicators) must
be replaced with bulbs of iden-
tical specifi cation and colour.
In certain climatic conditions
(low temperature, humidity),
condensation on the inside
surface of the headlamp glass
is normal; it disappears a few minutes
after the lights are switched on.
Xenon bulbs must be replaced by a
PEUGEOT dealer.

CHANGING A REAR BULB

1. Direction indicators: W 16 W.

2. Fog lamps: P21 W.

3. Reversing lights: P21 W.

4. Brake lights/side lights: P21/5 W.
 Fold down the panel to gain access
to the light.

 Unscrew the 2 light fi xing nuts inside
the boot.

 Disconnect the connector.

 Pull the light towards the outside.

 Unscrew the bulb holder sleeve a
quarter of a turn.

 Unscrew the faulty bulb and
change it.

 Screw in the bulb holder sleeve a
quarter of a turn.

 Put the light back in place from the
outside.

 Reconnect the connector.

 Screw on the 2 light fi xing nuts in-
side the boot. When refi tting, en-
sure that the light is positioned and
fi xed correctly.
Number plate lights: W 5 W.

 Remove the transparent cover us-
ing a screwdriver.

 Change the faulty bulb.

Third brake light: diodes.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer for replacement.

the fi tting of tyres of specifi c dimen-
sions (235/40ZR19 96 Y), with a maxi-
mum section of 236 mm. Consult a
PEUGEOT dealer.
Depending on the country in
which the vehicle is sold, it
is compulsory to have a high
visibility safety jacket, warning
triangle and spare bulbs available in
the vehicle.
Note
To prevent the mat from becoming
caught under the pedals:
- ensure that the mat is positioned and secured correctly,
- never fi t one mat on top of another.
