With the engine running, these warning
lights should switch off.
If a warning light remains on, refer to the
page concerned.
Lighting of the indicator light indicates the
status of the corresponding function.
A. With the ignition on, the fuel gauge
needle should rise.
B.
With the engine running, the associa-
ted low level warning light should
switch off.
C. With the ignition on, the oil level indica-
tor should display "OIL OK" for a few
seconds.
If the levels are not correct, top up the level
which is low.

saturated (exceptionally prolonged ur-
ban driving type conditions: low speed,
l o n g t r a f fi c j a m s . . . ) o r a l o w d i e s e l a d -
ditive reservoir level.
I n o r d e r t o r e g e n e r a t e t h e fi l t e r , y o u a r e
advised to drive, as soon as possible
w h e n t h e t r a f fi c c o n d i t i o n s p e r m i t , a t a
speed of 40 mph (60 km/h) or above for
a t l e a s t fi v e m i n u t e s ( u n t i l t h e w a r n i n g
light is switched off).
If the warning light remains on, contact
a PEUGEOT dealer.
Following prolonged use of the vehicle at
very low speeds or at idle, you may, ex-
ceptionally, notice an emission of water
vapour at the exhaust during accelera-
tion. This does not affect the performance
of the vehicle or the environment. W a t e r i n d i e s e l fi l t e r

This indicates the presence

ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED SUSPENSION
The suspension adapts automatically
and instantly to different driving styles
and road characteristics, improving
the comfort of the occupants and the
vehicle's road holding capabilities. The
suspension favours smooth shock
absorption, ensuring a comfortable
ride, but as soon as conditions demand
a change (sporty driving, tight bends,
avoidance action, etc.) it automatically
s e l e c t s fi r m e r s h o c k a b s o r p t i o n , g u a r a n -
teeing optimum road holding.
