"ISOFIX" MOUNTINGS
Your vehicle has been approved in
accordance with the new ISOFIX
regulation

The rear side seats and the front
p a s s e n g e r s e a t a r e fi t t e d w i t h r e g u -
lation ISOFIX mountings. In the front
These are three rings for the front
passenger seat:
- two rings
A , located between the
vehicle seat back and cushion,
indicated by a label,
- a ring B , fi x e d a t t h e b o t t o m o f
the rear of the seat back, used
to secure the upper strap of the
child seat. These are three rings for each rear
side seat:
- two lower rings
C , located be-
tween the vehicle seat back and
cushion, indicated by a label,
- an upper ring D , fi x e d t o t h e r e a r
s h e l f , c o n c e a l e d u n d e r a fl a p
with the logo TOP TETHER be-
hind the head restraint.
Tourer
- two lower rings C , located be-
tween the vehicle seat back and
cushion, indicated by a label,
- an upper ring E , fi x e d t o t h e
roof on the boot side, concealed

Fetch the vehicle chock located
in the boot.
Immobilise the vehicle by placing
the chock at the front or at the
rear of one of the rear wheels.
Open the lower compartment of
the centre armrest by pulling it.
Ensure that the cup holder B is
folded away.
Remove the rubber mat covering
the base of the armrest. This strap does not permit
application of the parking
brake.
To re-engage the electric parking
brake (after rectifying the malfunc-
tion or battery failure), give a long
pull on the control A until the parking
b r a k e w a r n i n g l a m p ( ! ) fl a s h e s o n t h e
instrument panel then give a second
long pull until this warning lamp is lit
permanently.
The time required for the subse-
quent application may be longer
than during normal operation.
It is essential that the ignition is
not switched on until the parking
b r a k e h a s r e - e n g a g e d ( fl a s h i n g o f
the warning lamp (!) on the instru-
ment panel then warning lamp lit
permanently) to avoid damage to
the parking brake.
Take care not to allow moisture or
d u s t i n t h e p r o x i m i t y o f t h e d i a g n o s t i c
socket D which is essential for the
maintenance of your vehicle.
Release the strap from its loca-
tion C .
Pull the strap to release the
b r a k e . A l o u d k n o c k c o n fi r m s t h e
release of the brake.
Take care to put the strap
back in its location C correctly.
Otherwise, it will no longer be
possible to apply the brake.
Consult a CITROËN dealer.
Put the rubber mat back in place
on the base of the armrest.
Remove and stow the chock.

Access to the spare wheel
To remove the spare wheel
L i f t u p t h e b o o t fl o o r u s i n g t h e
strap (Saloon) or the retractable
handle (Tourer).
Fold back the boot carpet
(Saloon).
Attach the hook to the top of the
boot.
Detach the strap then push the
wheel forwards so as to be able
to lift it. To reposition the spare wheel
P o s i t i o n t h e s p a r e w h e e l fl a t i n
the boot, then pull it towards
you.
N e x t p l a c e t h e t o o l b o x i n s i d e t h e
wheel, then secure the assembly
with the belt.
Release the strap to return the
b o o t fl o o r t o i t s i n i t i a l p o s i t i o n . The tyre pressure is indi-
cated on the label located
on the left-hand door centre
pillar. On this label, the pressures
a r e s p e c i fi e d , a c c o r d i n g t o t h e v e -
hicle load.

Rear lamps (Saloon)
Identify the failed bulb.
1. Stop-lamps and sidelamps:
P21 W/5 W
2. Sidelamps: R5 W
3. Reversing lamp: H 21 W
4. Foglamps: H 21 W
5. Direction indicators: P21 W
Open the boot.

t h e 3 c l i p s w h i c h fi x t h e t r i m i n
the lamp area.
Partially remove the trim F .
Disconnect the connector G .
Boot-mounted lamps
Detach the bulb holder H .
Replace the bulb.
R e fi t t h e b u l b h o l d e r H .
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r G .
R e p l a c e a n d fi x t h e t r i m F with its
clips.
In some climatic conditions,
mist may appear on the
headlamp/indicator lenses.
This is normal and will disappear
(e.g. after the lamps have been on
for a few minutes).
If it does not, contact a CITROËN
dealer.

upwards.
Disconnect connector B .
