REMOTE CONTROL KEY
System which permits central un-
locking or locking of the vehicle us-
ing the lock or from a distance. It is
also used to locate the vehicle, acti-
vate the guide-me-home lighting and
start the engine, as well as providing
protection against theft.
Unlocking the vehicle
Complete unlocking using the
remote control
Unfolding the key
First press button A to unfold the
key.
Press the open padlock
to unlock the vehicle. Complete unlocking using the
key
Turn the key to the left in the
driver's door lock to unlock the
vehicle.
U n l o c k i n g i s c o n fi r m e d b y r a p i d
fl a s h i n g o f t h e d i r e c t i o n i n d i c a t o r s
for approximately two seconds.
According to version, the exterior
mirrors unfold at the same time.
This also triggers the timed switch-
ing on of the welcome lighting, cour-
tesy lights and exterior side lights for
approximately thirty seconds.
Selective unlocking using the
remote control
Press the open padlock
once to unlock the driv-
er's door only.
Press the open padlock again to
unlock the other doors and the
boot. According to version, the exterior
mirrors unfold at the same time as
t h e fi r s t u n l o c k i n g a c t i o n .
It also triggers the timed switching on
of the welcome lighting, the courtesy
lights and the exterior side lights for
approximately thirty seconds.
The complete or se-
lective unlocking pa-
rameter is set via the
multifunction display
c o n fi g u r a t i o n m e n u .
Complete unlocking is activated by
default.

Visit a CITROËN dealer with the vehi-
c l e ' s V 5 r e g i s t r a t i o n c e r t i fi c a t e a n d y o u r
p e r s o n a l i d e n t i fi c a t i o n d o c u m e n t s .
The CITROËN dealer will be able to re-
trieve the key code and the transponder
code required to order a replacement
key.
