1.Removethecapinthewheelhousinglinerwithascrewdriver.
2.Insertthescrewdriverintotheopeninginthewheelhousinglineratrightanglestotheturnsignalhousing.Bypressingwiththescrewdriver,disengagethesecuringspringBofthedirectionindicatorhousing.
3.Swivelouttheindicatorlightandundobulbholder(bayonetlock).
4.Removethebulbfromtheholderandreplaceit.Insertholder.Checkoperationofthelight.
5.Inserttheturnsignal’sretaininglugsAintothesidesectionatthefront.PushinturnsignaluntilthesecuringspringBisfelttoengage.
6.Pressthecapintothewheelhousingliner.

Forcheckingtheheadlightadjustment,theverticalpositionofthecutoffofthelowbeam(seefig.)hastobeprojectedonaverticalscreen(wall)indistanceof24.6ft.(7.5m)fromthefrontlensoftheheadlamp.Thecorrectpositionofthecutoffis2.0in.(5cm)at24.6ft.or7.5m(0.4°)belowahorizontalline,xin.fromgroundtothecenteroftheheadlamplens.
