MANUAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE STEERING WHEEL FOR HEIGHT AND REACH
While the vehicle is stationary, unlock the steering wheel by push-ing the lever forward.
Adjust the height and the reach of the steering wheel, then lock the position by pulling the lever upwards.
ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE STEERING WHEEL FOR HEIGHT OR REACH
While the vehicle is stationary, adjust the height or the reach of the steering wheel by moving the control:forward or rearward to adjust the reachup or down to adjust the height.
The steering wheel adjustment is memorised with the driving posi- t i o n ( S e e “ M e m o r i s a t i o n ” ) .

ADJUSTMENT OF THE BACKREST ANGLE
Action the control 1 and adjust the angle of the backrest.
It is possible to tilt the backrest 45° forwards until it locks. To unlock it, press control 1.
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE HEIGHT AND ANGLE OF THE HEAD RESTRAINT
To raise it, pull upwards.
To lower it, press on the control 2 to unlock it, and simultaneously on the head restraint itself.
To adjust the angle of the head restraint, tilt it forwards or rearwards at the bottom.
To raise it, press control 2 to unlock it, then pull it upwards.
CONTROLS FOR THE HEATED SEATS
The front seats can be heated independently of each other . On the con-trols for the heated seats 3 located on the outer side of the seats, rotate the knob to select any of three heat intensities:
0: Off.
1: Slight heat.
2: Medium heat.
3: Maximum heat.
Note: The heated seats only operate when the engine is running.

Do not drive the vehicle with the head restraints removed; these must be in place, correctly adjusted.

Adjustment of the backrest angle
To adjust the angle of the backrest, press button A.
Lumbar adjustment
To adjust the backrest lumbar support, press button B.
Seat height and slide adjustments
To slide the seat, press on the horizontal arrows on control C.
To adjust the seat for height, press on the vertical arrows on control C.
Adjustment of the seat cushion angle
To adjust the seat cushion angle, press on control D.

H E A D - U P D I S P L A Y
The Head-up display projects essential driving data into the d r i v e r ' s fi e l d o f v i s i o n . T h i s e n a b l e s the driver never to take his eyes off the road.
ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION
To activate/deactivate the Head-up display: when you switch on the ignition, press on button 1.
The function status (activated/deac- t i v a t e d ) w h e n y o u s t o p t h e e n g i n e is retained when you restart.
ADJUSTMENTS OF THE HEAD-UP DISPLAY
Height adjustment
To adjust the height for the Head-up display, press on buttons 2 and 3.
It is recommended to adjust it as low as possible.
Brightness adjustment
The Head-up display has a bright-ness sensor so that the information can be seen to the best advantage, whatever the ambient brightness.
You can enhance the display brightness at any time by rotating the control 1.
Note:In certain extreme weather con-ditions (rain and/or snow, strong sunlight), the Head-up display may be momentarily subject to interference.
When emerging from a tunnel, there is a certain delay before the system can re-adapt the display brightness to the out-side conditions.
Remark: Certain types of specta-cles may disperse the light coming from the Head-up display.
There is memorisation of driving positions as well as those for the Head-up dis-play
The adjustments you have made for the Head-up display are adopted alongside the driving posi-tion memorisations (see “Memori- s a t i o n ” ) : t h e y a r e :Height adjustment.

AUTOMATIC CORRECTION OF GROUND CLEARANCE
Your vehicle has active suspension with variable damping which is electronically controlled. This automatically regu-lates the ground clearance according to the vehicle speed and the road surface conditions.
Limits on access to the posi-tions
Maximum height:
I m p o s s i b l e i f s p e e d > 1 0 k m / h ( 6 m p h ) .
Intermediate position:
I m p o s s i b l e i f s p e e d > 4 0 k m / h ( 2 4 m p h ) .
Normal road position: Always permitted.
Minimum height:
I m p o s s i b l e i f s p e e d > 1 0 k m / h ( 6 m p h ) .Note: If the speed authorised for a particular position is exceeded, the vehicle reverts automatically to the normal road position.
Signalling of a requested position not authorised
On the display:
The display indicates for a short time, via a message or by hatching on the requested position, that the adjustment is impossible.
The vehicle remains in the position that is authorised and the display c o n fi r m s t h i s p o s i t i o n .
Automatic variation of ground clearanceIf your speed Ifexceeds110 km / h (68 mph), on a good road, the ground clearance is lowered.
The vehicle reverts to the normal road position if the road deteri-orates or if your speed comes b e l o w 9 0 k m / h ( 5 6 m p h ) .When the vehicle is stationary the ground clearance is low-ered to the parking position.

Before positioning the jack, always adjust the vehicle's ground clearance to the “maximum height” position and reta in this adjustment for as long as the jack is under the vehicle (do not use the hydraulic adjustments).
Never get underneath the vehicle if it is supported only by the jack.
T h e j a c k a n d a l l t h e t o o l s a r e d e s i g n e d s p e c i fi c a l l y f o r u s e o n y o u r particular vehicle. Do not use them for any other a pplications.
Have the original wheel repaired and refitted as so on as possible.
It is imperative not to exceed a speed of 80 km / h (50 mph) on the spare wheel.
REMOVAL1. P a r k t h e v e h i c l e o n s t a b l e , fi r m g r o u n d t h a t i s n o t s l i p p e r y . A p p l y t h e parking brake.2. With the engine idling, adjust the ground clearance to maximum height. See “Comfort” and “Adjusting the ground clearance”. Switch off the igni- t i o n a n d e n g a g e fi r s t g e a r o r r e v e r s e g e a r d e p e n d i n g o n a n y s l o p e ( f o r a v e h i c l e w i t h a u t o m a t i c g e a r b o x , s e l e c t p o s i t i o n P ) .3. Position the chock at the wheel that is diametrically opposite the one to be replaced.4. Position the jack at one of the four jacking-points provided on the sub-frame close to the wheels, then use the handle to unwind the jack until it reaches the ground.5. Slide the removal tool 4 into the notch and lever vigorously to detach the anti-theft bolt protector. See illustration. You can use the handle at the extremity of the tool 4.6. Slacken the wheel bolts.7. Continue to extend the jack until the wheel is a few cen timetres off the ground.8. Undo the bolts, remove the wheel.
