This indicator comes on for a few
seconds when you turn the ignition
switch to the ON (II) position. It
remindsyouthatitistimetotake
your vehicle in for scheduled
maintenance. The maintenance main
items and sub items will be displayed
in the information display. See page
for more information on the
maintenance minder.
This indicator goes off when your
dealer resets it after completing the
required maintenance service. This
indicator comes on when there
is a system message in the multi-
information display. Press the INFO
button on the steering wheel (see
page ) to see the message (see
page ).
This indicator comes on when the
washer fluid level is low. Add washer
fluid when you see this indicator
(see page ).
Most
of the time, this indicator
comes on along with other indicato rs
in the instrument panel such as the
seat belt reminder indicator, SRS
indicato r, VSA system indicato r, etc. Your
vehicle has a door and tailgate
open monitor on the information
display. If any door(s) or the tailgate
is not closed tightly, the appropriate
light/lights will come on to reminds
you to close the tailgate or the
door(s).
The door and tailgate open monitor
appears on the multi-inf ormation
display (see page ).

windshield washer reservoir at least
monthly during normal use.
To check the
windshield washer fluid level, open
the hood and look the windshield
washer reservoir located behind the
left headlight. You will see a ‘‘1/2’’
mark on the reservoir.
You will see a ‘‘WASHER FLUID
LOW’’ message on the multi-
info rmation display (see page ).
The
washer level indicator will come
on when the level is low (see page
).
