ÈFixer le câble de démarrage à chaud et les câbles des
gaz au cadre. Placer les extrémités du collier à pince
sous le câble de démarrage à chaud.
ÉAttacher le câble de starter à chaud, les câbles des
gaz, le fil du capteur de position de papillon des gaz
et le fil de la bobine d’allumage au cadre.
ÊFixer le câble du capteur de position de papillon des
gaz derrière la bosse du cadre.
ËAcheminer le câble du capteur de position de papillon
des gaz au-dessus du câble de starter à chaud.
ÌAcheminer le fil du contacteur de point mort à l’inté-
rieur du support de moteur.
ÍAcheminer le fil du contacteur de point mort au-des-
sus du support de la plaque de protection.

Kupplungszug über der Kühlerbefestigung am
Rahmen befestigen.
ÑDen Kühler-Entlüftungsschlauch vor dem Küh-
ler-Schlauch 2 links vom Rahmen und dann zwi-
schen Rahmen und Kühler-Schlauch 4 führen.
ÒDen Nebenkabelbaum und das Kabel des
Motorstoppschalters “ENGINE STOP” so an der
Zündbox-Halterung befestigen, dass die Klam-
mer-Enden im Bereich, wo das Massekabel vom
Nebenkabelbaum abzweigt, nach unten gerich-
tet sind.
ÓDas Massekabel und die Kabelhalterung
gemeinsam an der Zündbox-Halterung befesti-
gen.
ÔDie Klammer-Enden müssen sich innerhalb des
mit Pfeilen markierten Bereichs befinden.
ÕDas Leerlaufschalter-Kabel und das Lichtma-
schinen-Kabel am Rahmen oberhalb dessen
Wölbung befestigen.

ÎAttacher le fil du contacteur de point mort et la durit
de mise à l’air du radiateur au cadre.
ÏAttacher le fil du contacteur de point mort, le fil du
volant magnétique CDI et la durit de mise à l’air du
radiateur au cadre.
ÐAttacher le fil du contacteur de point mort, le fil du
volant magnétique CDI, la durit de mise à l’air du
radiateur et le câble d’embrayage au cadre, au-dessus
de la noix de montage du radiateur.
ÑAcheminer la durit de mise à l’air du radiateur devant
la durit de radiateur 2, à la gauche du châssis, puis
entre le cadre et la durit de radiateur 4.
ÒAttacher le faisceau de fils et le fil du bouton
“ENGINE STOP” au support de boîtier CDI, en
orientant les extrémités du collier à pince vers le bas,
derrière l’endroit où le fil de masse sort du faisceau
de fils.
ÓFixer ensemble le fil de masse et le guide-câbles au
support du boîtier CDI.
ÔLocaliser les extrémités du collier à pince dans la
plage fléchée.
ÕAttacher le fil du contacteur de point mort et le fil du
volant magnétique CDI à la bosse du cadre.

COOLANT LEVEL INSPECTION
WARNING
Do not remove the radiator cap
1, drain
bolt and hoses when the engine and radia-
tor are hot. Scalding hot fluid and steam
may be blown out under pressure, which
could cause serious injury.
When the engine has cooled, place a thick
towel over the radiator cap, slowly rotate
the cap counterclockwise to the detent.
This procedure allows any residual pres-
sure to escape. When the hissing sound
has stopped, press down on the cap while
turning counterclockwise and remove it.
CAUTION:
Hard water or salt water is harmful to the
engine parts. You may use distilled water, if
you can’t get soft water.
