Oil viscosity
• “5W” oils are for use in ar
eas where the ambient temperature is -13 F (-
25 C) or above. “10W” oils are fo r areas where the ambient tempera -

20C) or above. Oils with smaller figures are better for
engine starting in cold we ather and fuel efficiency.
• “XX-30” indicates oil viscosity. O ils with lar
