1. Keep all tires inflated to the correct
pressure.
2. Place the vehicle on level ground and press the front bumper & rear bumper down several times. Placevehicle at a distance of 3m (118.1 in.) from the test wall.
3. See that the vehicle is unloaded (except for full levels of coolant, engine oil and fuel, and spare tire, jack, and tools). Have the driver or equivalent weight placed in driver's seat.
4. Clean the headlight lens and turn on the headlight.
5. Open the hood.
6. Draw the vertical line (through the center of each headlight) and thehorizontal line (through the center of each headlight) on the aiming screen.
(1) Horizontal line dimension from
ground : Low Beam : 894 mm (35.1 in.) High Beam : 839 mm (33 in.)
(2) Distance between each vertical line : Low Beam : 1,316 mm (51.8 in.) High Beam : 1,076 mm (42.4 in.) And then, draw a parallel line at 38
mm (1.50 in.) under the horizontalline in case of adjusting the low beam or at 21 mm (0.83 in.) under the horizontal line in case of adjusting thehigh beam.
7. Adjust each cut-off line of the low beam to the parallel line with a phillips screwdriver - VERTICALAIMING.
8. Adjust each cut-off line of the low beam to the each vertical line witha phillips screwdriver - HORIZON- TAL AIMING. G290B01HP-GAT Adjustment After Headlight As- sembly Replacement

TIRE INFORMATION
The tires supplied on your new
Hyundai are chosen to provide the best performance for normal driving. I030A02HP-GAT RECOMMENDED INFLATION PRESSURES
The tire label located on the driver's
side of the center pillar outer panel gives the tire pressures recommended for your vehicle. 7.0Jx16

These pressures were chosen to pro- vide the most satisfactory combina-tion of ride comfort, tire wear and stability under normal conditions. Tire pressures should be checked monthlyat least. Proper tire inflation pres- sures should be maintained for these reasons:
o Lower-than-recommended tire pressures cause uneven tread wear and poor handling.
o Higher-than-recommended tire pressures increase the chance ofdamage from impacts and cause uneven tread wear.

I050A03HP-AAT TIRE CHAINS Tire chains should be installed on all wheels. Be sure that the chains are installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. To minimize tire and chain wear, donot continue to use tire chains whenthey are no longer needed.
WARNING:
o When driving on roads covered with snow or ice, drive at less than 30 km/h (20 mph).
o Use the SAE "S" class or wire & plastic chains.
o If you have noise caused by chains contacting the body, re-tighten the chain to avoid con- tact with the vehicle body.
o To prevent body damage, re- tighten the chains after driving0.5 ~ 1 km.
I040A02S-GAT SNOW TIRES If you equip your car with snow tires, they should be the same size and have the same load capacity as the original tires. Snow tires should beinstalled on all four wheels; other- wise, poor handling may result. Snow tires should carry 28 kPa (4 psi) more air pressure than the pres- sure recommended for the standardtires on the tire label on the driver's door edge, or up to the maximum pressure shown on the tire sidewallwhichever is less.Do not drive faster than 120 km/h (75mph) when your car is equipped withsnow tires.
CAUTION:
Always observe the following:
o Check pressures when the tires are cold. That is, after the carhas been parked for at least three hours and hasn't been driven more than 1.6 km or one milesince starting up.
o Check the pressure of your spare tire each time you check thepressure of other tires.
o Never overload your car. Be es-
pecially careful about overload- ing if you equip your car with a luggage rack or car top carrier.
