Cruise controlOE
d Warning:
Do not engage cruise control
when:
– Riding on twisty roads with poor forward vision
– Heavy traffic does not per-
mit you to maintain a con-
stant road speed
– Riding on wet, unpaved or dirty roads

effect is insufficient on a
downhill gradient. It could
also drop below this speed
when you ride uphill.
For safety reasons, always
keep both hands on the han-
dlebars.
L Note:
With automatic cruise control,
speed can be controlled in the
range between 40 and
160 km/h (25 and 100 mph).
When the motorcycle is at a
standstill and – ignition OFF –
the system is switched off and
the stored road speed is can-
celled.
The telltale light for cruise con-
trol is off.
