ıPass the hot starter cable
between the cylinder head

the outside of the left engine
bracket.
ÇPass the clutch cable through the
cable guide.ÎPass the cylinder head breather
hose on the outside of the radia-
tor hose 1 and on the inside of the
radiator pipe (radiator hose 4).
‰Pass the clutch cable through the
cable guides.
ÏPass the clutch cable in front of
the lower radiator mounting boss.
ÌFit the brake hose into the
guides on the protector.
ÓFasten the “ENGINE STOP”
button lead and sub wire har-
ness to the frame at the protect-
ing tube of the sub wire harness
with a plastic locking tie and cut
off the tie end.

ÅDas Ende des Kraftstofftank-Lüftungsschlauchs
in das Loch in der Lenksäulenkappe einführen.
ıDen Heißstarter-Seilzug zwischen Zylinderkopf-
Lüfterschlauch, Öltank-Lüfterschlauch und
Zündspule verlegen, und dann an der Außensei-
te des linken Motorbügels verlegen.
ÇDen Kupplungsseilzug durch die Seilzugführung
verlegen.
ÎDen Zylinderkopf-Lüfterschlauch an der Außen-
seite des Kühlerschlauchs und an der Innenseite
der Kühlerleitung verlegen (Kühlerschlauch 4).
‰Den Kupplungsseilzug durch die Seilzugführun-
gen verlegen.
ÏDen Kupplungsseilzug vor der unteren Kühler-
haltebüchse verlegen.
ÌDen Bremsschlauch in die Führungen Führun-
gen am Protektor einsetzen.
ÓDie Motorstoppschalterleitung “ENGINE STOP”
und den Nebenkabelbaum am Rahmen an der
Schutzröhre für den Nebenkabelbaum mit einem
Einweg-Kabelbinder befestigen, und das Binde-
rende abschneiden.

ÅInsérer le bout du flexible de reniflard du réservoir
d’essence dans l’orifice du capuchon de colonne de
direction.
ıFaire passer le câble de démarreur à chaud entre le
flexible de reniflard de culasse, le flexible de reni-
flard de réservoir à huile et la bobine d’allumage,
puis sur l’extérieur du support de moteur gauche.
ÇFaire passer le câble d’embrayage dans le guide de
câble.
ÎFaire passer le flexible de reniflard de culasse sur
l’extérieur du flexible de radiateur et sur l’intérieur
du tuyau de radiateur (flexible de radiateur 4).
‰Faire passer le câble d’embrayage dans les guides de
câble.
ÏFaire passer le câble d’embrayage devant la noix de
montage inférieure du radiateur.
ÌFaire passer le tuyau de frein par le guide de la pro-
tection.
ÓAttacher le fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur “ENGINE
STOP” et le faisceau de fils secondaires au cadre à
son tube de protection du faisceau de fils secondaires
avec une attache en plastique et couper l’extrémité de
l’attache.

tecting tube for the “ENGINE
STOP” button lead with a plas-
tic locking tie and cut off the tie
end.
ÔFasten the sub wire harness
and hot starter cable to the
frame at the white tape for the
sub wire harness with a plastic
locking tie and cut off the tie
end.
Fasten the sub wire harness to
the frame with a plastic locking
tie and cut off the tie end.
ÒPass the sub wire harness
between the engine brackets.˜Make sure that the TPS cou-
pler does not go outside the
chassis.
ˆFasten the TPS lead to the
frame with a plastic band.
ØFasten the neutral switch lead
and oil hose together with a
plastic locking tie and cut off
the tie end.
∏Fasten the neutral switch lead
to the frame with a plastic
band.
ŒFasten the neutral switch lead,
CDI magneto lead and radiator
breather hose to the frame with
a plastic band.ÂFasten the neutral switch lead,
CDI magneto lead and radiator
breather hose to the frame with
a plastic locking tie and cut off
the tie end.
ÍPass the neutral switch lead,
CDI magneto lead and radiator
breather hose between the
radiator and frame.
ÊFasten the neutral switch lead
and CDI magneto lead to the
cable guide at their protecting
tubes with a plastic locking tie
and cut off the tie end.
ËPass the carburetor breather
hoses and overflow hose so
that all there hoses do not con-
tact the rear shock absorber.

ÈDie Motorstoppschalterleitung “ENGINE STOP”
und den Nebenkabelbaum am Rahmen an der
Schutzröhre für die Motorstoppschalterleitung
“ENGINE STOP” mit einem Einweg-Kabelbinder
befestigen, und das Binderende abschneiden.
ÔDen Nebenkabelbaum und den Heißstarterseil-
zug am Rahmen am weißen Band für den Ne-
benkabelbeum mit einem Plastiksperrband befe-
stigen, und bas Bandende abscheiden.
Den Nebenkabelbaum am Rahmen mit einem
Plastiksperrband befestigen und das Bandende
abschneiden.
ÒDen Nebenkabelsatz zwischen den Motorlagern
hindurchführen.
˜Sicherstellen, daß der TPS stecker nicht aus
dem Chassis herausragt.
ˆDie TPS-Leitung am Rahmen mit einem Plastik-
sperrband befestigen.
ØDas Leerlaufschalterkabel und den Ölschlauch
mit einem Einweg-Kabelbinder zusammenbin-
den und das überstehende Ende des Kabelbin-
ders abschneiden.
∏Die Leerlaufschalterleitung am Rahmen mit ei-
nem Plastiksperrband befestigen.
ŒDie Leerlaufschalterleitung, CDI-Magnetzünder-
leitung und den Kühlerlüftungsschlauch mit ei-
nem Plastiksperrband am Rahmen befestigen.
ÂDie Leerlaufschalterleitung, CDI-Magnetzünder-
leitung und den Kühlerlüftungsschlauch mit ei-
nem Plastiksperrband am Rahmen befestigen
und das Bandende abschneiden.
ÍDie Leerlaufschalterleitung, CDI-Magnetzünder-
leitung und den Kühlerlüfterschlauch zwischen
Kühler und Rahmen verlegen.
ÊDie Schutzröhre der Leerlaufschalterleitung und
CDI-Magnetzünderleitung mit einem Plastik-
sperrband an der Kabelführung befestigen, und
das Bandende abschneiden.
ËDie Vergaser-Entlüftungsschläuche so führen,
daß keiner der Schläuche das Federbein be-
rührt. ÈAttacher le fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur “ENGINE
STOP” et le faisceau de fils secondaires au cadre au
tude de protection du fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur
“ENGINE STOP” avec une attache en plastique et
couper l’extrémité de l’attache.
ÔAttacher le faisceau de fils secondaires et le câble de
démarreur à chaud au cadre à la hauteur du ruban
blanc avec une attache en plastique et couper l’extré-
mité de l’attache.
Attacher le faisceau de fils secondaires au cadre avec
une attache en plastique et couper l’extrémité de
l’attache.
ÒFaire passer le faisceau de fils secondaire par les sup-
ports du moteur.
˜S’assurer que la fiche rapide du TPS ne déborde pas
du châssis.
ˆAttacher le fil TPS au cadre avec une attache en plas-
tique.
ØAttacher le fil de contacteur de point mort et le flexi-
ble d’huile à l’aide d’une attache en plastique et cou-
per l’extrémité de l’attache.
∏Faire passer le reniflard de carburateur et le flexible
de trop-plein entre la bielle et le tube transversal du
cadre.
ŒAttacher le fil de contacteur de point mort, le fil de
magnéto CDI et le flexible de reniflard de radiateur
au cadre avec une attache en plastique.
ÂAttacher le fil du contacteur de point mort, le fil du
magnéto CDI et le flexible du reniflard de moteur au
cadre avec une attache en plastique et couper l’extré-
mité de l’attache.
ÍFaire passer le fil du contacteur de point mort, le fil
de magnéto de CDI et le flexible de reniflard de
radiateur entre le radiateur et le cadre.
ÊAttacher le tube de protection du fil du contacteur de
point mort et du fil de magnéto CDI au guide de câble
avec une attache en plastique et couper l’extrémité de
l’attache.
ËAcheminer les reniflards de carburateur et le flexible
de trop-plein en veillant à ce qu’ils ne touchent pas
l’amortisseur arrière.

(throttle cable cover) through the
hose holder.
ÏPass the radiator breather hose at
the rear of the radiator, on the left
of the chassis, and then between
the frame and radiator hose 4.ÌInsert the CDI unit band over the
CDI unit bracket as far as possi-
ble.
ÓFirst install the CDI unit and CDI
unit band to the CDI unit bracket,
then the CDI unit bracket to the
frame.
