Before riding for break-in operation, practice or a race, make sure the machine is in good operating condition.
Before using this machine, check the following points.

Use a socket that matches the out-
side diameter of the race of the
bearing.
Left side of bearing shall be
installed first.
Install the oil seal with its manufac-
ture’s marks or numbers facing
outward.
CAUTION:
Do not strike the inner race of the
bearing. Contact should be made
only with the outer race.

Bague d’étanchéité 4
N.B.:
Appliquer une graisse à base de savon
au lithium sur le roulement et la lèvre
de la bague d’étanchéité lors de la
repose.
Utiliser une douille convenant au dia-
mètre extérieure de la cage du roule-
ment.
Monter d’abord le roulement latéral
gauche.
Monter la bague d’étanchéité avec ses
marques ou numéros de fabricant diri-
gés vers l’extérieur.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas frapper sur le chemin de roule-
ment interne. Le contact ne doit avoir
lieu qu’avec le chemin de roulement
extérieur.

2. Monter:
Disque de frein 1
Boulon (disque de frein) 2
N.B.:
Serrer les boulons par étape en diago-
nale.

Installer les colliers avec leurs saillies

Déconnecter le réducteur du

N.B.:
Appliquer de la graisse à base de
savon au lithium sur la lèvre du joint
du pignon de compteur journalier.
S’assurer que les deux bossages a du
moyeu de roue se placent sur les deux
fentes b du collier.
