desiredseatanddoor-mirrorposit-
ions.

Ifyouwishforthepassenger'smirrortoswi-
veldownasaparkingaidwhenreversing,
reversegearmustbeengagedwhenthe
seatpositionisstored.
3.KeepmemorybuttonM
depressedandaddi-
tionallypressthe~
button(besidethe
memorybutton).
Theindividualsettingisnowassignedtothis
remotecontrol
andtothe~
button.

Theparkingassistantsystemcannotdetect:
-sound-absorbingobstacles(e.g.powder
snow),
-sound-reflectingobstacles(e.g.glasssur-
faces,flatpaintedsurfaces)

Otherultrasoundsources(e.g.pneumatic
brakesofothervehicles,jackhammers)can
interferewithdetectionofobstacles.

twoways:
-Afterreversegearhasbeenselected,the
shortsignaltoneisfollowedbyacontinuous
toneofthe

pitch:
