Heated Seats
Your vehicle may have
heated front seats. The
buttons used to control this
feature are located on
the front door armrests.
The engine must be
running for the heated seat
feature to work.To heat the entire seat, press the horizontal button with
the heated seat symbol. Press the button repeatedly
to cycle through the temperature settings of high,
medium, low and off. The indicator lights will glow to
designate the level of heat selected: three for high, two
for medium and one for low. The low setting warms
the seatback and cushion until the seat temperature is
near body temperature. The medium and high
settings heat the seatback and seat cushion to a slightly
higher temperature. You will be able to feel heat in
about two minutes.
To heat only the seatback, press the button with the
words BACK ONLY. An indicator light on the switch will
glow to designate that only the seatback is being
heated. Additional presses will cycle through the heat
levels for the seatback only. Press the horizontal button
again to heat the whole seat.
The feature will shut off automatically when the ignition
is turned off.

Resetting Defaults
To reset HomeLinkžto default settings do the following:
1. Hold down the two outside buttons for about
20 seconds until the indicator light begins to ¯ash.
2. Continue to hold both buttons until the HomeLink
ž
indicator light turns off.
3. Release both buttons.

Storage Areas
Glove Box
To open your glove box, pull the handle on the front of
the glove box and lower the door.
Overhead Console
Your vehicle may have this
feature. The overhead
console includes
sunglasses storage, a
HomeLink
žtransmitter and
a travel note recorder (if
equipped).
If your vehicle has a third row seat, the rear quarter
glass switches are also located in the overhead console.
These switches allow the driver to open and close
each third row seat window separately.
Sunglasses Storage Compartment
To open the sunglasses storage compartment in the
overhead console, press the release button. Then pull
the compartment down.

Sunroof
Your vehicle may be equipped with a power sliding
sunroof. To open or close your sunroof, the ignition must
be on or Retained Accessory Power (RAP) must be
active.
Press and release the back of the button in the overhead
console to open the sunroof. Press the front of the
button to close the sunroof. Once the sunroof is closed,
press the forward side of the button to open the
sunroof to the vent position.
The sunroof is also equipped with a sunshade which
you can pull forward to block sun rays.
Vehicle Personalization
Memory Seat
Your vehicle may have this
feature. The controls are
located on the driver's
door, and are used
to program and recall
memory settings for the
driver's seating and
outside mirror positions.
Adjust the driver's seat (including the seatback recliner
and lumbar) and both of the outside mirrors to the
desired position. Then press and hold button 1
(for driver 1) for three seconds. A double chime will
sound to let you know that the position has been stored.

Setting the Tone (Bass/Treble)
AUDIO:Push and release the AUDIO knob until BASS
or TREB appears on the display. Turn the knob to
increase or to decrease. The display will show the bass
or treble level. If a station is weak or noisy, you may
want to decrease the treble.
To adjust the bass and treble to the middle position,
push and hold the AUDIO knob. The radio will produce
one beep and adjust the display level to the middle
position.
To adjust all tone and speaker controls to the middle
position, push and hold the AUDIO knob when no tone
or speaker control is displayed. The radio will produce
one beep and display ALL with the level display in
the middle position.
AUTO TONE (Automatic Tone):Press this button to
choose bass and treble equalization settings designed
for country/western, jazz, talk, pop, rock and classical
stations.
To return the bass and treble to the manual mode,
press and release the AUDIO knob.If your vehicle has the Bose
žradio, press the AUTO
TONE button to enhance the audio performance
for different passengers in the vehicle.
The setting last chosen will appear on the display when
you ®rst press AUTO TONE. Each time you press
this button, another setting will appear on the display
and AUTO TONE will switch to one of the preset settings
listed.
Your audio system allows you to choose from four
different equalization settings: normal, driver, rear and
spacious. These settings can be used while listening to
the radio or the CD player.
NORMAL:Provides the best overall vehicle sound
quality for all seating locations.
DRIVER:This setting gives the driver the best sound
quality.
REAR:This setting gives the rear seat passengers the
best sound quality.
SPACIOUS:This setting makes the listening space
seem larger.
The radio will save separate AUTO TONE settings for
each preset and source.
