It is advisable to disconnect the battery if the vehicle is not to be used for a period of more than one month.- Before disconnectingthe battery, you must wait for 2 minutes afterswitching off the igni-tion.
- Never disconnect a terminal when the engine is running.
- Never charge a battery without first disconnecting the terminals.
- Close the windows, the retracta- ble roof and the doors before
disconnecting the battery. If the windows do not operatenormally following reconnection
of the battery, they must be reinitialised (see sections"Reinitialisation of the electricwindows" and "Reinitialisation ofthe automatic partial opening ofthe door windows").
- After every reconnection of the battery, switch on the ignitionand wait 1 minute before star-ting to allow the electronic sys-tems to be initialised. If slight dif-ficulties are experienced afterthis, please contact a
PEUGEOT dealer.
